came into Taco Bell today. Had a 30 minute lunch break. There was two people waiting in line so I asked is the register open nobody respond I asked again is the register open the lady in the dining area. I don’t know if she was on lunch or break the cashier, they have express line so you don’t have to wait I don’t have my card or nothing it’s only cash she told me you need to use the other machine or wait so I walked out because I didn’t like how she talk to me unprofessional I don’t know if this lady is racist towards African-American people I came back nobody or put my order in so I won’t come back to this Taco Bell again you guys need to train your employees how to treat people how to talk to people with respect. Three people in line, the cashier on the phone FaceTime and whoever.

Normally, I don't give reviews unless the experience I receive is stellar, but in this case, words can barely describe how God awfully atrocious this Taco Hell is. If you want to spend several hours suffering from food poisoning, followed by malignant thoughts of unimaginable torture and misfortune on the food service staff plus their family for generations to come, visit this location. The nacho fries as well as everything I ordered in the cravings box was cold despite the fact I ordered from the app at the restaurant. The soda that came with the order was the only item that wasn't a complete ball of flaming fail. Giving this restaurant 1 star would be giving them 6 stars too much.

Extremely rude ladies with attitude working here. I waited 10 minutes to order while other Spanish speaking people were getting premium service. Expect to be ignored and get attitude if you don’t speak Spanish or aren’t Latino.
