The food here is excellent, but the reason for the three stars is the service. The servers are never friendly, maybe that's just the vibe they are going for?Additionally, their posted hours of operation are not accurate - meaning, the restaurant opens when it opens willy nilly. I've gone there at opening a few times and was turned away and told they'd open at 10:15.

I hadn't been to Vernetti before but I assure you I will be going back. The service great, everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. I loved the intimate ambiance of their smaller space, lovely for a nice romantic dinner for two, a group of friends or a solo date for a glass of wine. I had their Linguine alle Vongole - delicious. Came here for brunch on a Sunday around 11:30am with a friend and was seated immediately. The menu had a decent selection of dishes, mainly consisting of classic brunch dishes. I ordered the Americano and my friend ordered the House Frittata. I found the the bacons and potatoes to be well seasoned and the toast to be pretty standard. My friend enjoyed her frittata overall.
