Love that this ice cream shop carries such a variety of unique international flavors. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. Uber crunch is absolute perfection: natural tasting ube flavor, not too sweet/sugary (for reference, I find Häagen-Dazs to be just slightly too sweet), and the crunch balances the creamy texture very well. Also highly recommend the passion fruit cacao. Japanese neopolitan is interesting, but the flavors aren't my favorite - try if curious or love matcha/Sakura/Hokkaido milk flavors. Would 100% revisit!

My favorite LA Ice Cream chain and maybe shop. The Atwater location is the closest one to where I live. Parking can be a challenge, but try to get it in the shopping plaza. Its impossible to go here Sunday lunch-230Pm due to the Farmers Market next door. Their flavors vary from conventional(still with a great twist) to their seasonal ones inspired by Asian, European and Latin flavors. They have a good amount of Vegan flavors too. I find their choices of flavors to be daring and well balanced. They maintain great texture to all their flavors as well. I like they offer a 3 small scoop "flight" especially if you cant choose a favorite to order. They have cone-cups in regular and Ube(get this!) if you want to spend a bit more but have an extra enjoyment. The staff are very helpful and good about multiple flavors to test. Clean little shop with ample seating outside to eat. Also nice they offer sanitizer if your hands get sticky. My biggest complaint is that they dont have a NOHO or Burbank location, cause they would make bank if they did. Ive been to the Encino one, and that is excellent as well. They are spread out in the LA-SoCal area, so go to one if you are near one.

The best ice cream shop in LA. My family's absolute favorite. Every time we're in town visiting grandma, we have to stop here.As for the comments saying it's pricey. Of course...it's artisinal, small batch; using high-end, imported ingredients. You wouldn't go to a fine dining restaurant expecting fast food prices, would you?We enjoy that the flavors celebrate so many different cultures from all over the world. ? There’s always something new to try when we visit.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat flooring with open floor plan. Nice for customers who use mobility aids.

Great ice cream flavors. I had the ube, yuenyeung and passion fruit cacao flavors. There was a strand of hair in my ice cream, however.

Loved the ube crunch but for the price kinda small scoop. Okay once in awhile. Kids loved and will return again for them. Maybe golf ball scoop for $6? Since Costco was closed we came here. Definable interesting Asian flavors!

Not friendly at all. The black man behind the counter was just rude! Theres better ice cream and vegan ice cream past the bridge near trader joes! Shame too. Id been wanting to try it for a while. But customer service reeks trash there!!

5/5 right off the bat for their unique flavors. I was recommended this place by many friends/family around the area, as well as out of town. With plenty of Asian-inspired flavors to choose from, I ordered the: - Ube Malted Crunch- inspired by Filipino American flavors, the Ube is a sweet purple yam, and embedded in the ice cream are crunchy malted milk candy pieces yum!!!!!!! Loved it. - black sesame cookies & cream. I am a big fan of black sesame taste, and they were able to put a twist on black sesame by adding cookies & cream! Absolutely loved it here. The service was helpful, patient and attentive. Never did I feel rushed to choose a flavour. I was able to sample as I pleased. I would definitely come back and try other flavours. If you haven't been here, you must!

They didnt have a line. You walk in and no one acknowledges that you are there, not a hello or hi.There were 2 girls and 1 guy .The guy was cleaning ,threw the matt to the floor behind was a girl with glasses with a long face, came to the front frowning! Most of the ice cream places they ask if they can give you a sample if it is first time. What a disappointment !The ice cream scoop are small.Never again. .i can see if they had a long line.Me and my husband was the only one!Poor service!!!
