The guys are so nice, professional and have wonderful customer service! I ordered a rice bowl not realizing that there was sauce included on it. I get violently ill with cream based condiments/sauces and cannot do white sauce at all. I was asked if I wanted sauce (knowing now they meant extra) and I animatedly said, no. Thinking the rice bowl would have no sauce.
