Review of my 1 month experience as an unlimited member: I knew I was joining here after my first class even though I initially had no thoughts of starting any memberships. Finally, a studio that values purpose and principles instead of the amount one can sweat. Hot yoga is unsustainable IMO. A studio that feels truly welcoming and a community that seems to be GENUINE. Teachers who are true Masters or masters-in-training who understand communication, values, foundation, persistence, and progress. A variety of classes ranging from Vinyasa to Restorative to Soundbath to Breathwork. Not feeling too energetic today? Take a Yin class that focuses on relaxation and meditation. It's transformational. I believe that there are no shortcuts to success. Yes, classes can be challenging at times, but my daily and weekly progress and improvements keeps me going back for more. Twice a day sometimes...

Yoga classes were great. Better than some I've taken at other places in LA. Coffee a little overpriced, WiFi to work from stable. Service really nice

I'm not a big yogi but I do like to go to the occasional yoga class and Hyperslow has been perfect for me. The classes I have been to are pretty tough but still do-able for me - I'd say I'm not a beginner but not very advanced either. The instructors walk around and help you perfect your poses and give you different levels of each pose so that you can go at your own pace. The classes focus on the movements as well as your breath and your mind, so it's a great way to get your body moving and stretched out and your mind relaxed. My favorite instructor so far has to be Eddie - his classes are by far my favorite. If the cafe is still open by the end of your class, don't forget to check out some of the drinks that they have!

Really great food menu. The chef is a nice guy.

Love this spot! One of my favorite coffee shops to come to on Sunday mornings to read. It has great coffee and yummy pastries. I like working from here a few times a week. It's not loud and everyone that works here is so friendly. Highly recommend if you want a chill spot to enjoy a coffee, get some work done and hang with friends.

This is a nice spot to get work done. The co-work space makes it easy to be there. The coffee is great the snacks are great. Always quiet. I love it.

Hyperslow is a hidden gem in the heart of LA. The low-key communal vibes here are unpretentious and super supportive and inspiring. People here walk the walk of positivity and acceptance. I am especially fond of Zoe Wirth's Slow Flow class and Emily Davenport's Yin class. Both of those classes are absolutely divine in every way. There's also a regularized schedule of special events that is always amazing. I attended my first sound bath here and it was perfect! I will miss the dudes from Yarrow now that they have relocated, but the cafe remains my favorite spot to post up and relax over a tasty matcha latte. I have always been torn about spreading the word about Hyperslow too widely because I am protective of how precious it is, but it deserves a wider following in this crazy, mixed up world, so do yourself a favor and check it out.

My favorite LA studio & coffee house! I initially did a trial here a year or so ago - and then continued to do trials at different yoga studios over LA. I ended up coming back here since it was my absolute favorite. It's got a super small town feel with a great studio full of window light and clean / good props. Claustrophobic studios give me anxiety and this place is the opposite. Emily - the owner - is really sweet. She let me pause my membership when I went on a long work trip. Zoe is my fav teacher - but they're all really lovely. They made some changes recently so the membership includes a co-work space which is great, too. Good coffee with lots of gluten free food options. My yoga fam!

The best kept secret in LA. With its high ceilings, rich rustic decor, zen lighting, and tranquil atmosphere, I've found no better place to work in my near-10 years in this city. Secretly, I'm hoping no one reads this review, as I want to keep this Fairfax gem to myself. But I owe it to all the deeply kind folk at Hyperslow to spread the word. With morning-to-evening yoga classes offered in a spacious and serene studio, you won't even be shamed for never once participating while you sit at a table sipping your cortado, looking like a madman while you stare out the window pondering some problem you've created for yourself, every day for three years. An impressively eclectic array of drinks are offered, including CBD beverages (who knew?). The newly fashioned cowork space is worth the price of membership on its own, and then when you add unlimited (!!) yoga, this is a deal that won't be beaten. Not in this country in any case. My only complaint is that Hyperslow isn't open 24 hours, and they don't serve free cheesecake to regular patrons.

You have to be a member of their Coworking space now to be able to use a laptop here. There is a section of the space where you can read or play games or chat without using your laptop- but I go to coffee shops so that I can use my computer to get work done. Didn't realize I'd have to pay a "membership fee" to be able to use my computer here until I had already paid for my coffee.

Excessive amounts of plastic, subpar vegan food, but a great location. Location isn't enough though. I think it cooouuld be better but I was really disappointed and left very hungry

You have to RESERVE a spot to sit and drink a coffee and check emails... It's a "co-working space". I was expecting a cute cafe but it was an empty psuedo yoga studio that tried to mask the sweat smell by charging to sit and drink a coffee.

INCREDIBLE! Got the Burrito on 5th. One of the best burritos I've ever had, and I never thought I'd say that about a vegetarian burrito.

This place used to be a favorite of mine but the business seems to be taking a different direction so I will not be going there anymore. The concept is for sitting down and getting work done but now they have two electrical stoves right by the coffee counter and there is constant cooking. It literally felt like I was working in someone's kitchen. They stir-fried/cooked stuff constantly and the place got smoky and stuffed with food smell. Very unpleasant experience if you are there to get work done. Giving two stars instead of one, as they have good coffee--and possibly good food (I didn't try anything after feeling grossed out due to the heavy smell). So I guess you could go there to grab a bite, chat with a friend but it is not a good study spot. I would be happy to return if they were to change the open kitchen setting.

I've only come here for the Café as I have in the past worked near here. I've also been here with a couple of friends from time to time. The space is absolutely beautiful and well lit, including the natural sunlight and has large tables and chairs. It's great for both groups and if you just want to sit and chill, or just get some work done. This is the place for it. There's plants on every table too and my friends have all loved it when I've brought them here. I've gotten the mushroom sandwich consistently every time I've been there and it's just the best to be honest; very fresh, flavorful, and filling. I've also tried their Chai Latté with Oat Milk which was a delight. They're scones are too! I'm giving it four stars because I wish there were one or two more options on the menu. It seems very condensed to me. That's really all, the service is always good, overall nice space.
