We ordered 3 dishes. The portions were good and they taste fresh. The French fries were average, they weren't bad or particularly good. All in all, the place is a bit on the pricier side, but you definitely get your money's worth. The portions are generous, and the quality is worth it for sure.Kid-friendliness: They have coloring kit for kids.

Right up the street from Manhattan Beach. Stopped in for lunch. Turned out to be the perfect choice.

This restaurant has BBQ beef ribs on their menu but it's never available. I have been there at lunch and dinner early, late and in between and asked at least 15 times and it's never available. Why have it on the menu? It's ridiculous.

We ate here while staying at Manhattan beach for a week. My family loved eating here so much that we had dinner here multiple times. We had planned to go the several other eateries but my boys demanded we return here as much as possible the food was delicious!

Food was average. The staff recommended the mahi mahi but I found it salty slightly overcooked and not memorable. The tables on the patio are very close together and difficult to maneuver. We requested a booth inside but were told they were for later reservations with bigger parties yet they sat open the entire time we were there with only one being sat as we were paying our bill. We also had to sit on the patio which was warm enough with the heaters but unfortunately someone was smoking nearby and that came in. Not the restaurant's fault but annoying as I had requested a booth inside when I made the reservation. Everything just needed a little something more. The fish and chips that other tables ordered looked great. I felt 2/4 meals were lacking for the price and the Brussel sprouts were lackluster in both taste and size for the price. Overall there's nothing drawing me back. Perhaps we just were there on an off night and I'd recommend others give it a chance. For us it was a miss.

I think this place has downhill since I used to dine here years ago. They used to have the most wonderful shrimp and crab Louie salad but they did away with that some years back, perhaps during the pandemic, so I ordered via DoorDash the only other salad there that I liked which was the blue cheese wedge. It arrived with almost no bacon or walnuts, and not nearly enough dressing to cover the humongous wedge of iceberg that didn't feel all that fresh.Basically $20 for a piece of iceberg lettuce. I threw most of it out and I'm still hungry.

Mixed Experience at Rockin FishI recently dined at Rockin Fish on Manhattan Beach Boulevard, and while the atmosphere was amazing and the bar area aesthetically pleasing, my experience was mixed. The excitement to eat was accelerated by the beautiful decor, but unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for the dishes. We started with a navy grog, which was incredible, but the disappointment came with the king salmon. It was a petite portion and undercooked, which was unexpected for a fish restaurant in Manhattan Beach. I had to mention about the missing mac & cheese side, though they kindly brought it later. The waitress acknowledged the undercooked dishes but only discounted the mac & cheese. While the experience was okay, the portion size of the salmon and the undercooked state left room for improvement. The asparagus on my friend's dish was also lacking. The oysters were on point and incredible. Overall, a mixed dining experience at Rockin Fish.

Rock N Fish is one of my favorite spots in MB. Anytime I'm in town I visit. You really Can't go wrong with any of the entree's. I had the wedge salad and Seafood Jambalya while my wife had the Macadamia Crusted Mahi. All was outstanding!
