I love this location. I was recently helped by Mr Josiah Boyd, he was the best, he paid for my chips, drink and dessert for my 44th birthday. He was so kind. I need him to get promoted and a raise. I believe other locations are probably better. The food quality is satisfactory, but when customer service is so poor, suddenly the food doesn't taste so well. It's the second time in 2 months with the wrong order. They give any bread they want, never read the actual order, and give steak instead of chicken almost every time. The manager appears to be a different teenager weekly. Today, his response was, "Do not holler at me. We are very busy." Everyone is busy in 2024; otherwise, they wouldn't be in business. He would holler, too, if your family member does not eat red meat and you had to go out again for chicken to replace the ignorance of staff who obviously cannot read AGAIN today! Hire cooks who have at least a middle-school reading level. Stop excuses and give food that correlates with the order. Too expensive to mess up regualry! Calling my bank for refund. I'm done.

I ordered the big kahuna cheesesteak sandwich. What I got was a steak sandwich with a little bit of cheese. You guys need to go to school and figure out how to make a real cheesesteak sandwich not a steak sandwich with a small amount of cheese. This is pathetic.!

There is a guy here who’s name is Erik and to say he’s an amazing person is an understatement, I’m Muslim and i don’t eat pork and when i saw that all the meats get cut on the machine i was hesitant and just said it’s okay as i don’t want to inconvenient the workers there. Erik did not only clean the machine he absolutely cleaned every inch of it, he was so respectful and nice not only to me but to everyone else in the store. Much love to Erik and his amazing soul. Get this man a raise!!!!

Today I was in this Jersey Mike at 4020 a Marina Del Rey and what I want to tell you, is that the guys generally stand there and don’t work, like walking sleep… they don’t listen to your orders at all, they confuse the orders, they take the order and then say that they don’t have it, while I’m already waiting for my order. This is why I really spent half an hour of time to resolve all the issues with them! I tell them what needs to be done, they confuse all the orders, do it wrong at the end, they don’t even know which sandwich is mine, which is not mine, they give 3 sandwiches, I order two, they are not signed. I need to open it and see which one is mine. this is terrible, what kind of workers???

Today I was in this Jersey Mike at 4020 a Marina Del Rey and what I want to tell you, is that the guys generally stand there and don’t work, like walking sleep… they don’t listen to your orders at all, they confuse the orders, they take the order and then say that they don’t have it, while I’m already waiting for my order. This is why I really spent half an hour of time to resolve all the issues with them! I tell them what needs to be done, they confuse all the orders, do it wrong at the end, they don’t even know which sandwich is mine, which is not mine, they give 3 sandwiches, I order two, they are not signed. I need to open it and see which one is mine. this is terrible, what kind of workers???
