Came here after not hearing back from the manager at the Century-City location. The Marina-Del-Rey Shake Shack is located in a shopping center at the corner of Admiralty Way and Fiji Way. We came here around 2 pm on a semi-holiday (MLK Day). This was the first time that I was at this shopping center during the day. I LOVE Shake Shack! This was my first time at this location in Marina del Rey. The staff were especially accommodating and helpful. I had to run to my car to get some change, and they waited for me at the register, which was extremely generous! Great food and service!

I went here the other day. The employee Jonathan was the rudest employee I have ever encountered. He treated me like he was mad at me for using cash and not one of their machines. No hello, no thank you truly unbelievable. The food is extremely expensive I got a milkshake hamburger and fries and it came to $16.50. Not sure if I'll be back anytime soon
