The $24 steak salad should come with a side of clam chowder. Forget el cheapo Texas toast. And MORE salad PLEASE. More lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, and peppers,with avocado $1 extra. Toss with a bit of blue cheese and balsamic (or dressing to order, but this pricey salad deserves a few chunks of blue cheese and a better side than packaged Texas toast.) Steak should be hot enough to wilt greens and cut into smaller pieces. Hot chowder should be served first with crackers. Salad should be served while meat is hot, balsamic on side. Price soup and salad combo at $30. It would be totally worth it. I would order it every time.

I really appreciate the owner taking the time to acknowledge the review I left behind. The battered fries here are AMAZING! Their ranch is fantastic and definitely tastes like it’s made in-house. Everything from their tuna sandwich to their burgers is delicious!
