I’ve had the worst experience with Jamba lately. I had visited 5 times now trying to get a Chunky strawberry because I’ve been craving it during my pregnancy. All 5 times they have either been out of one or more ingredients OR closing their doors earlier than listed on the door. The last time I was able to get a chunky strawberry from this location was months ago and it made me sick. I used to love Jamba, but at this point I have had way too many bad experiences to continue go to any of their locations. Don’t go here! Go to Nektar!

Waited over 10 minutes to be served and not one time was acknowledged. Only two customers and two people working, there is no excuse you could have took no more than 2 minutes to get my order.

Bought three Açaí bowls! The employee said it was no banana! Paid $10.00 per each bowl! They were have filled! This isn’t ok! Less product, horrible service, the employee not even apologize! Never going back to this place!

Very friendly and helpful person, they didn't have any of the drinks I wanted to order. I wanted to buy a coffee based drink, I ended up buying a fruit drink. It was pretty good.

Poor customer service. The person behind the counter had such a negative attitude when addressing the customer. The first thing she said when I walked up to the counter was "what do you want" not a hello or a friendly smile just attitude for no reason. When I asked if I could have a spoon since I recently had surgery she let out an annoyed "sure" then didn't even call my name when the order was ready she just said "it's done" in an annoyed voice. I played my cool but just wanted to warn others that the person there is either just rude or is taking her bad day out on the customer and I don't think that's very cool or professional.

The smoothies here are good and I've never had a problem with service. However, I come here at least once a week when they first open and they rarely ever open on time. I try to get a smoothie before school but half the time I have to leave because it's 8:10 and the doors are still locked. If a place says that they open at 8 then they should open at 8.

Worst Jamba Juice ever! Customer service is bad and so is the way they prep your order. I ordered a acai bowl and they left out the banana. My second time there I ordered another acai bowl this time it was made and it was all watered down with barely any fruit. So disappointing :( I won't ever go back there again!

If i could give this location a 0 star review, i definitely would. I came here spending about 35 dollars on 4 small smoothies. From the start of the interaction was horrible. The boy who took my order, had an attitude. He also snatched the card from my hand. I honestly at that point I wanted to ask for a refund and wanted to leave. But I had kids that were with me who really wanted smoothies and I didn't want to disappoint them. I was very polite, putting in my order understanding that I did come around the tail end of a rush hour. We are waiting very patiently for our smoothies to be made. The boys seem to have an attitude still maybe because it was four smoothies. Who knows? Besides that I never want to experience something like this again, since I will not be returning to this location. I also thanked the boy who handed out the smoothies. The girl, however, answered and said your smoothies are right there and they're ready. I told her I said, thank you for making the smoothies, but I guess he did not hear me. She heard me, but she continued to keep working and not say anything. These kids are unappreciative! Honestly the only thing they are serving is the worst customer service ever!

This location need to hire friendly workers with great customer service. Even when you're being super nice and politely saying thank you after paying and getting your order, they ignore you. Sucks this is the only jamba close to us and we've gone here so many times because it's a treat for the kids but not once they ever smile, say hello or thank you.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This is as my exact conversation with the girl working when I called 45min before they closed:Me: Can I place an order for pickup?Employee: No, we close in 45min so we don't take phone orders.Me: Ok, so can I still come in and just order?Employee: Umm yeah but it might take a while to put everything together.Me: Ok, that's fine. I'll be there in 15 minutes.Employee: Ok. When I arrived they refused to take my order despite the fact that they still had 30min left before closing. The girl then actually denied to my face that she ever told me I could still order. I told her I would be there in 15 minutes. Why wouldn't she tell me not to come if that were the case. I asked to talk to the store manager and she told me she didn't have one. She was probably lying about that too. She wasted my time and refused to take my order. What is the point of your opening hours if you turn away customers? Absolutely horrible customer service. Avoid this place if you can.

This location was extremely clean! Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked for a moment to catch up before placing my order (totally fine). I get the same thing every time but this time I decided to try watermelon breeze off the recommendation of staff and I'm so glad her description was perfect. No regrets! I have a new favorite drink second to Mango-go-go!
