I come into your store there’s only 2 people it takes him 15 to take my order and finally takes my order and then tells me it’s gonna be 15 minutes to get my order. The guy working by the car was doing his best but he had so many online orders he couldn’t take care of the customers in the store really a screwed up system you guys have they need more help

This place consistently gets my online orders wrong or charges me for add-ons and then doesn't give them to me. It is less about the dollar or two extra I paid, and more about the principle and the fact that you lost a customer (me) because your employees cannot read order tickets. About 75% of the time, something is wrong. Today was the last time I will order from you. Also, the driver complains every time they don't have the address when it is clearly input in the app and I can see it pop up in Uber eats tracking. What gives? Additionally, they show up early and wake me up calling and texting when I schedule the order for 30 min later than that. What is the purpose in scheduling an order if you are going to come whenever you want? I scheduled it around MY schedule, not yours. I will go elsewhere.

Only order if you want your food to be wrong, ready at the wrong time, and missing add-ons you paid for. Expect an attitude from the delivery people from uber. App support sucks and no live chat or way of resolving the issue within the app without tons of back and forth Zoho tickets. You guys lost a regular customer, had enough of this poor excuse of a business.

I use Nekter to get a smoothie after Pickleball.I pre- order online and they give me a pickup time so even if it’s busy and there is a line in the attire I swoop in and out in seconds.It’s great! Pink Flamingo with Pitaya and Protien! Yum! Yum!

Our order was completely wrong. It's the first time we ordered in the app and the guy didn't get ot right. We love this location but we only like going when J is working because she and her sister never get orders wrong and everything tastes perfect. Tonight's order was awful and my family is getting tired of incorrect orders.
Me Justin was and is phenomenal. Definitely should be promoted to management. I was having a rough day until he helped me. He was extremely respectful and very professional. He is the example of what this company should represent. I cannot explain how satisfied I was with my service. He even remade my drink when I didn't like it without hesitation. 10/10 will recommend

But I’m changing my star rate due to a rude experience recently had with an (new?) employee. I believe his name was Nick, made me wait more than 15 mins for my order that looks like it was already made since I walked in but chose to ignore me for whatever reason. Maybe he was having a bad day? Regardless, I told him I was there for my order pick up and he said okay but continued on with something else for OVER 15 MINS & all along mine was done! Wasn’t until I believe a manager or lead acknowledged me & asked Nick to give me my order. Isn’t the first time he’s been unprofessional. On top of that, it made me late to work, didn’t get to eat that as my breakfast, and really just threw off my day. I hope others haven’t experienced this here.Quality is still great & delicious! Just unfortunate occurrences with that employee.
