Service is a little slow but honestly I don't really mind I just know they're the best and cleanest place , the managers tho they're not really the best but there's this one employee who has a beard who is literally the nicest person ever def recommend this place ! Def see he cares about the place because of how clean it is

The service is incredibly horrible here. As soon as I walk in I wasn't greeted or anything. The guy serving me was very rude. I came in at 2:30 and him and another girl employee were both so rude to me when I just asked a simple question and had an attitude as soon as I walked in. The food wasn't great either he put so much salt on my sandwich. The tables were also very dirty.

Good luck with abusing customers/patrons of the Subway brand at your twisted location with Roark Capital acquiring it. I guarantee the incompetent evil son and manager who both think they're above the Subway code of ethics and common courtesy for patrons will be canned if they keep up their tyrannical abuse of ethics and courtesy to good people. So you think you're so powerful and above common courtesy? Well now one will see what happens when one thinks they're too powerful to care about running a companies brand and reputation into the GROUND! Roark would be shorting & shooting itself in the foot if it lets this corrupt squad run one of their brands? They better be ready to bear their own positions in this company if they continue to let these ones loose amongst its companies. Soo, Roark Capital, I urge you to vet this experience (and others) I and others had at this location and ask yourself if you really want people who don't even respect or treat right the patrons of the Subway brand running whatever new brand these locations will carry with you guys running the big show? It's not the mature husband and wife who own this Subway franchise location, it's the foolish incompetent young son and the manager he hired that needs to go or be replaced.So below is my experience at this twisted location that frequently leaves a lasting stain on customers. And it wasn't even Halloween and I pay for the experience or not even a joke like on " Punked". S.O.S.!! Recent Experience at this Location with Haughty Young Female Manager: Ask Before Going HAM on the Salt Shaker, PLEASE!!!! Please don't shake anything like a salt shaker AGAIN! I'm Traumatized! Absolutely Disgraceful, Unprofessional, Slanderious, Wildly-Bias, & IrrationalHere is a compilation of hurled insults & evidence of prejudice toward me by the young women manager during a not too long ago customer experience at this location:-She boldly & haughtily insulted me more than once. From the very beginning, she had an insincere growl to her voice & bad body lang. upon my first entering this Subway. How do I know? Well, she said, "Hello, welcome" with a mocking insincere tone and an angry look on face & posture. From the start, she had bad vibes, well-of-bias, bad-teaching-skills, and a horrible set of role-model-skills for her peers.-NEXT: SHE claimed I was stealing and broke.She Insulted me again by telling me, "It's okay, I know what you're doing. I'll pay for the sandwich. I know you have no money, & i'll eat it myself" (as she grabbed the sandwich and set it on the back counter).This was her arrogant, cavalier, & haughty retort after I had told the newbie associate worker "that I will test sample my sandwich because she might have oversalted the sandwich." This was right after the fact. Which was midway in its creation & loud enough for the manager to hear. (Trust that she was looking for SOMETHING) A wise manager would have had a sandwich started over at that point and lectured a newbie associate on asking the customer like this:"how much salt or shakes sir or ma'am?" And that's just the beginning of what she-- 'Should have done'..After calmly & indifferently trying to reason with her after her irrational-rash cavalier insults & abuse of power, she immediately escalated with, "we're refusing you business and i'm calling the police" all while having a sadistic yet prideful and happy premeditated climax of satisfaction grin on her face (glad and satisfied with this abuse toward me) as she worded this while grabbing the telephone.Next, I told her in a restrained yet annoyed tone (controlled low anger & not loud) "money isn't a problem, you're not going to treat me like trash, i'm paying for the sandwich, and you're going to let me leave with a receipt" After about a minute more of haggling persistence in not allowing her to dismiss me as an evil

Monica is the worst Manager any subway can have. She is very rude and a BAD example for the employees. Also when I ask for extra pickles she said I already put more then 6 for you and will not put anymore. I will never come back to this location and she is bad for the Subway franchise. She needs to be fired immediately.

Mary was extremely rude and judgmental and would not give me a bag of extra lettuce and tomato when that is custom for subway. I will be speaking with franchise management as I used to work there. This is occurrence number 4 with this mean employee. She can Count her

Tried one of the new in-store sliced meat sandwichs today. Promo for a free sandwich and curiosity brought me back to my neighborhood Subway. I hade the #30 aka The Beast. Fresh and tasty are a few great words that describe this composed Italian cold cut sandwich. The store was in perfect order and service was professional.Subway is trying to make it better.

Very bad service. Does not give me my extra requested veggies when I ordered 3 sandwiches. I I wanted 2 sides of lettuce and 2 sides of tomato. She refused. She claims Her name is Mary. I used to work for the company and the franchise owners Marlene Rico and Liz taught us that the employees can have as much as they request. She rolls her eyes every time I go in and replies very uncomfortable service like. Very quick and short and loud deep hard tone to her voice.

I am very disappointed with the service at this establishment, I walked in, and the older gentleman asked how may I help you I mention that I was trying to place an order online in order to receive the promotional offer and I mentioned that I was having a hard time as it would not apply my discount. The older gentleman who may be the owner was very rude and stated that that’s not his problem that he is receiving hundreds of orders via online with no issue. I then asked if he could help me to see if I was doing something wrong on the app, he brushed me off and said he does not have time for this , I can tell that even the employees and the two customers that were present felt that his statements were unacceptable. If he would at least attempted to assist and the promotion wouldn’t of applied, I would’ve still paid at the regular price, but since he was so rude i decided to take my business elsewhere and will not do business there again!Subway - your franchisee is doing you wrong!

This was not your normal subway experience. I was greeted by the owner Jesse, she refused to make my normal sandwich how I wanted it. She gave me the worst customer service I have ever had. I would not come here or recommend this establishment to anyone. I can see how they have a 3 star rating but it should be -1 because she was not only awful to me but the customer before left unhappy as well. Find another subway. She does not deserve any business.

The bread wasn't today fresh, I ordered terriyka chicken I got a couple of chicken pieces, wasn't a whole piece and wasn't flavored. That place SUCKS, GET THEM OUT OF THERE THEIR REVIEWS ARE AWFUL HIW MANY BAD REVIEWS DOES ONE PLACE HAVE TO GET BEFORE CHANGE. I BELIEVE SHE IS TRYONG TO SAVE MONEY AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.THANKS

Abby, the manager is so rude she is unprofessional! Mary was by herself helping customers and online orders were coming in she welcomed everyone and said I will be with in a moment and apologized. The manager seemed to arrive late and took for ever to help this girl! It’s ashamed of herself!

Elena was amazingly helpful!!! She was kind and patient with our crying kid, talked to our other child and encouraged him to make his own sandwich, made suggestions for options to help us and was personable and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant end of our day!
