Good always great! Now that service… those girls need a class on how to talk and listen to people ! Always so rude and always have attitude even managers who have no clue what they are doing. Can’t even keep the restaurant clean. Trash on the floor and tables, tables not even clean. HABIT VP PLEASE HELP THESE LADIES in menifee!!

This place has gone downhill. I think management has changed. It no longer has the upbeat and positive energy from the employees. The burgers were dry and the fries tasted old, I even had them remake my fries extra crispy but they still tasted stale and were not crispy. Maybe change the oil, it might help.

I hate when places nickel and dime you. And that’s exactly what this place has started to do. We’ve been going here very consistently every single weekend for several years and always been very happy. This past weekend, though when we went, they now charge for a side of ranch dressing, I mean come on, who does that? Such a small thing, but big enough to turn me off from going back. What a shame, to lose a long-time customer over such a stupid policy.

Ordered on their app… Said there was an error twice and that the charge was refunded… DoorDash ended up delivering the order anyway twice. Open both orders, and both were made in correctly with allergen items that are unable to be eaten. Drove back to the store and the manager basically said that it wasn’t charged and would have to pay for it if I wanted the order corrected. How about list your phone number or have a customer service number so people can get assistance with your own stupid app. Will never go here again.

Don't order on the app. This is the 5th issue I have had. Tried to give it several tries but nothing but problems. Ordered the first time and it said error and refunded... Ordered the second time and it said error refunded. So I went to go order from another restaurant and I got a call from DoorDash (who they contract with for delivery) who said they were picking up two orders for me. Should've only been one... Then when I got the order both of them were wrong. Drove all the way back to the store and they said there's nothing they could do because they never charged the original order... I asked for a Burger to be made the way that I ordered it and they said I would need to pay for it... I ordered delivery to not have to come pick up food from the restaurant. Your app doesn't work often. And there is no customer service number. Can't call in to the store. Horrible customer service. I grew up with the original in SB and will never come back to this reck. Find another burger place. This place sucks. And so does the manager.
