French name but American 5 yr old like taste. The croissants are super dense and fully of flower, not nice crunchy layers. If you are in a fix, I would for for Costco instead of here.

A place for decent bread, a good lunch, and a casual atmosphere. Corporate machinery has degraded this overtime but it's still good.

We had a nice lunch at Le Boulanger in Menlo Park while visiting from our home in Hawaii. It was bright and clean inside, ordering was easy. We were free to stay and talk as long as we wished. Yes, would would return, no question.

Quiz: if a customer makes an effort to walk to your establishment and comes in to order in person and is the only customer, then making them wait and watch while you make six mobile order sandwiches before them is: i) reasonable and that's what the customer should expect; ii) a bad business decision.

What a fantastic place! The coffee is fantastic, the food is superb- even a simple grilled chicken sandwich is something quite extraordinary. I highly recommend it. For those of us peasants who don't drive there is the ECR bus. And a walk along the Santa Cruz Avenue is always a pleasure with so many wonderful things to explore.

Unfriendly customer service while picking up Too Good To Go. There were less items than my previous pick up. Unfortunately, I will not be able to distribute to more people due to lack of items. I truly felt unwelcome.

Was planning to go to Starbucks and found this bakery. The place looks quitter and more fun than starbucks. The chairs are more comfortable and cozy.We ordered a bagel and thing twirl chocolate donut or whatever it is called the bagel looks good, but I didn't really try it. The twirl was fresh, delicious and beautiful. They should offer more choices in my opinion. The price is also very good. For both bagel and donut they only asked $7. Will go to that place again if I am in the neighborhood.

not too terrible, but i wouldnt want to come again....food - 2 starsi tried out their bakeries, including croissant donuts, pumpkin spice chocolate chip cookies, bear claws, blueberry muffins, pumpkin muffins, etc. i want to say that ANYTHING that was sugar glazed tasted like s**** i had throw all of them out... but their croissant donut were ok. i dont think they deserve 1 star since food sanitary wise was ok. but meh :( i wouldnt want to eat here again. at least the bakery.service - 2 starssuper slow! there was only one person in line when i arrived. but they had no time to take care of any of us, and eventually the line got longer with more ppl showing up, yet the person before me and i were still in our same space in the line. when a man finally came to help the person before me, she wanted to look at the bakery section, which was NOT labeled at all! she said she wanted a donut, and asked what (flavor) they are. the man showed an impatient grim that basically said "are you kidding me? you want me to list all the flavors here for you?", and he said "its just whatever's here". the lady before me was too nice she didnt press to ask more. and she just picked one based on color. but man, if you werent going to label your flavors, dont blame the customer for asking what flavors you have available? maybe they are just so busy they dont want to waste time. but the long wait and not too friendly customer service was enough to turn me off a bit. ambience - 4 starsvery spacious and open. clean. but could be better.

I ordered thru an online deal app "Too Good to Go" and drove across a bridge to pick up my order. It wasn't even open the day I was scheduled to pick up the deal. Buyer beware check the hours and call before you come.

I ordered through the app and they ended up being closed on Sundays. I hope that they can fix this or remain open.

Staff were nice and helpful, but the food is awful. Flat bread made with sauce from a jar and mozzarella wasn't melted. Chicken Caesar salad with pieces of uncooked chicken. I should have known when no one was eating despite other places relatively full. And prices were not cheap. Not sure how this business can last with so many other better choices on the same street. No reason to go here.

I ordered a chicken Pesto sandwich via Uber from there yesterday. I was starving. I'm eating the sandwich and can't figure out why I don't taste chicken. I opened the sandwich only to discover that the only "chicken" is a few little cut squares and not the sliced chicken that I normally get. It was like they ran out of chicken! I was pissed and called them.... No answer. I tried calling them again today... again no answer. My plan was to return it today in person. Fortunately after complaining to Uber they refunded the full cost. Otherwise they would have gotten that $25 sandwich back IN PERSON with a whole lot of narrative

Ordered the spinach mango salad for the entire office and all the fruit that was in the salad was rotten. The mango and tangerines in the salad were super gross!!
