They close earlier than they're supposed to. Ordered online and lights were off at pickup. had to beg them to open back up?

HORRIBLE, just horrible. Rude staff not caring about your order or asks you what you want just adds random ingredients to your orders and constantly misses. I asked for a regular white bread and the dude just completely ignored me grabs a cheese bread and is a foot long when I asked for regular 6 in. white bread. Asked him multiple time is that a regular white bread and he again ignores me i understand there could be a language barrier but dude understands yes and no and small or big.after paying dude just walks away and doesn't even say anything. I just grabbed my recipe from the machine and leave.

This location does not accept coupons for some undisclosed reason. The guy working the counter was nice enough about it but it defeated the entire point of going in. Don’t send out a sheet of coupons in the mail if you’re not going to accept them

This place was my favorite before and during the pandemic, but something happened when subway changed their menus a few months ago. Customer service is horrible lately too.If the owner or manager reads this, please make sure you tell the people that they should not argue with the costumers if the costumers prefer a specific way of making their sandwiches.If you are looking for a subway restaurant with better customer service, go to Red Wood City

I ordered a Monster sandwich online, picked it up and basically got bread, a little beef, one strip of bacon, no lettuce, no tomatoes, No provolone cheese, a tiny bit of mayonnaise no other condiments, this sandwich is supposed to have "1/2 pound of meat". There was hardly anything. I even tipped these folk! I had to add turkey from my own fridge to have something to eat. $13.49 for bread!!! Never ordering online again. Odd thing is, I ordered two sandwiches and the Titan Turkey was fine. Oh and the place had NO ONE in the joint so they weren't rushed. Never order online! You got to watch these folk make it. i can get much better sandwiches from Lunardi's any day and for less.

Be careful when ordering here. Sandwich artist bearded man pretended he heard me ordering a Steak Bacon n’ Cheese when I clearly asked for a Steak egg n’ cheese breakfast.Instead of charging me $6 I ended paying $9 and he never added eggs to the sandwich either. Total Rip-off. Beware to make sure he isn’t going to change the order to get more money out of you and give you less.

After my sandwich was made, they left it behind the counter and did not place it on the to-go stand. I went up to the counter and requested the sandwich which they rudely told me to wait and that it was still being made. They handed me the same sandwich behind the counter and did not include napkins. Don't bother coming here.
