Booked a brief stay near the airport ahead of an early morning flight. Arrived at the hotel after 8 PM, planning to depart around 1:30 AM to return the rental car and catch my flight.Guest parking sets me back *$48*, equivalent to $10 per hour converted to an unforeseen 25% increase in my daily room rate.In the lobby, two bottles of water fetch a whopping $8 each. Perhaps the priciest layover I've ever encountered. If these costs align with your expectations, the hotel appears to be an enjoyable facility for a longer stay.

deceptive billing by Marriott with employees fully aware when customers are being gouge. do not stay here with out reading the fine print they willcharge you when you are not there. also just another hotel nothing special. and parking is rediculous. I will never stay there again and I am now moving all my business to Hilton.

It's incredibly loud if you end up on the airport runway side. No sleep to be had....they should consider adding more sound proofing on that side of the

Location was good for airport travel, but no room service and ok bar service. I also had a surprise on my bank account of a $50 parking charge for one night stay in the lot.....

I love the vibe of Aloft Hotels in general. The issue is that this vibe ends after you leave the lobby. This particular hotel is a little run down, with small bathrooms with no privacy really. No dining options other than some quick snacks in the lobby. Their breakfast area is messy, no seating available and food is meh. They also take a long time to prepare your order.Shuttle to the airport is great.

Definitely a five-star hotel. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It meets the needs of international travelers, including offering basic slippers upon request and providing bottled water in the room. On the first floor, there’s a modern instant noodle machine, a minibar, and a pool table. The foundational amenities are top-notch with a gym, swimming pool, and they even offer shuttle bus services for transportation.

Overall this is a nice hotel with good sized rooms and a large lobby area with food and alcohol available. The room air conditioner was very effective but noisy. The room we were in was quiet and appointed in a minimalistic European style as are all of the Alofts we've stayed in. Minor annoyance is the bathroom light cannot be turned out without lighting up the entire room. The bed was too firm for my liking but I am a picky sleeper. My wife enjoyed the high end bath products. The $30 early check in fee is annoying. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes and was efficient but overcrowded both times we rode. Some passengers were denied at 4:35AM as there was no more room for luggage in the back. Plan accordingly.

It is a hip design but the layout of hotel is so odd and we were placed sooooo far down the hallway from the elevators it made us wonder why there's not two sets of elevators. Also the sink faucet placement was weird and it soaked the vamity. Also why no hooks on bathroom or shelves in shower? Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Just such odd structure!

You might as well splurge and stay at the Westin across the way as this hotel uses all their facilities such as pool and hot tub, restaurant, electric car charging station. They also have no bell service to help with luggage and all their snack items are way overpriced, even more so then the airport....$5.00 for a snickers bar. The only cool thing they had was this top ramen machine that made some cool as top ramen for being out of a machine.

We used them for airport parking. Our prepaid code did not scan properly, but the front desk staff was very helpful. We got to the airport in a timely manner. We knew we had to get our own transportation back. Unfortunately two different roads were closed and the 1 mile taxi was several miles and cost over $40 with tip. I would recommend only using it when the shuttle is available.

I just used the long term parking service of this hotel. The distance from the airport, the service and the cost have been initially all very satisfactory.Unfortunately things became very disappointing when I accidentally forgot one of my luggage in the shuttle bus from the airport upon my return. I immediately called the morning after asking if they kept my luggage aside, but they claimed it wasn’t found. This is very suspicious, as the shuttle only service this hotel. So sad that someone just took it, with all my daughter’s clothes, toys and memories we have inside it.

The one thing I expect when I go to a hotel is parking. This hotel rents parking spaces to airport travelers as long term parking. Great for those flying out and want cheap parking. Terrible for those staying at the hotel looking for parking. The rooms are standard hotel size. Nothing special. The room I had used the barn door on the bathroom which I dislike. This hotel also uses the soap, shampoo and conditioner pumps in the shower. As close as this hotel is to the airport the noise wasn't terrible. Super busy lobby and the best way to describe it was recess at the elementary school. Kids running amok, rolling pool balls on the table and floors. Seemed like no one cared.

This is a good hotel to stay the night before a morning flight out of SFO. That's when I stay here. It's clean and there is a shuttle. The last time I stayed here and took the shuttle, the bus driver was very rude. If I hadn't been in a hurry to catch my flight, I would have called the hotel to complain. He needs to be fired!

The room did not have a table, but had room for it. Only one chair, and an awkward layout. Stains on the carpet and spilled stuff left on the bathroom door wasn’t that attractive. Comfortable bed, but you get the pleasure of hearing the planes throughout the night. Staff was great. I was excited to stay there, but it was a mediocre stay.

It's near the airport so it's far from all the touristy stuff. My Ubers ranged from $29 to $52 to get to various places in San Francisco. I arrived about 10am and was told there was a $45 early check in fee. I was in town for the SF Pen show which was in walking distance from the hotel so, I asked them to hold my bag and headed to the show. Overall the hotel was quiet in the area near my room, but the lobby seemed busy at all times. I bought two beers and an airplane bottle of Tito's from the vending machine in the lobby and that came up to right at $32. I didn't go to the bar or eat at the cafe. There was no microwave in my room but there is one in the lobby area for guests. The room did have a mini fridge. The staff was pleasant and professional and answer my multitude of questions with a smile. Free shuttle to/from airport but if it wasn't for the runway, you could probably walk to the airport from the hotel. I didn't hear the planes unless I was outside. It's a Marriott brand but it's nothing particularly special about the hotel unless being near the airport is vital for you.
