I have been coming to this location weekly for a few months. Service has generally been average, but leaves some things to be desired. Ordering ahead doesn't provide you the benefit of an expedited pickup as you'll have to wait for them to serve the entire line while you wait for someone to hand you your order. They have the online order shelves tucked in the kitchen's entryway behind the register, so you can't pick up the order yourself. Either get in line to get your order made fresh, or find elsewhere to order ahead and pick up from. (morning/opening staff needs improvement, afternoon/evening staff has been 5/5)

The guys who working who put the protains chicken or beef are very very careful to put decent portion on your plate. Obviously that's comes from management decisions....because you can read their body language they are careful....basically you just eat rice salads and corn with little beef.

the portion of the food is getting smaller and smaller, soon it will just be a piece of meat or chiecken and they will come up with the excuse and say that it is the portion is the size of the spoon and the spoon varies the quantity depending on how you put it of course, Chipotle was good in the past, but now... you will have to be content with a small amount of chicken or carne assada

For those who are here for the first time, please remember that not every dish has to be chosen. You can mix it as you like, or even just choose meat and sauce.
My husband and I had early dinner at this Chipotle location. I have dietary restrictions, and they actually allowed me to order from the kid's menu. My five-star review is because there was a gentleman doing several tasks at the front counter. His customer service skills were so good that I had to thank him for that. You don't see great service often. Great job for having friendly and nice people on site.

I usually don’t write reviews but thought this one needed to be shared. I was greeted warmly by a young man with very curly hair once I reached the front of the line. I’m very indecisive when it’s comes to ordering but he was very patient and gave several suggestions. I don’t really like chipotle all that much but his kindness made the food taste better. 100/10 service next time I come in the first thing I will ask for is if Cameron is working.

I don't know how many times I have to write a review; it's the fourth time I've received the wrong order. The last time I placed an order for a Pellegrino, but they mistakenly included an empty cup in the to-go bag. What am I supposed to do with a Chipotle paper cup at home? This time, I have attached a copy of the receipt, and as you can see, this is what I just received. Considering the continual errors and inconvenience, I believe I deserve more than a $200 gift card to compensate for this ongoing problem. I know you guys going to apologize for it but what else can you guys do to satisfy your customers?

Sometimes you just want a Chipotle and their extra salty chips with spicy salsa.I don't recommend mixing spicy salsa into the bowl...Sometimes the staff feel generous and dump food into your bowl, other times they give you slightly less. Chipotle give'th and take'th away!!!All in all I am thankful it is nearby and coinvent. Airport cities don't have a lot of fast food joints typically and if they do it is just Mcdonald's and Chipotle. I avoid the Taco Bell down the street. Very soggy and forgetful food at that one.

Typical Chipotle but I like this one because it has ample parking right at front, a patio terrace (excellent during summer), roomy interior, and easy access to restrooms. The fact that Walgreens is right next door makes killing 2 birds with 1 stone (getting dinner and personal essentials) a breeze.

Not the same as Chipotle in Indiana! Indiana Chipotle is always delicious. My chicken burrito here was completely lacking in flavor and it fell apart as I tried to eat it. Will not eat at this Chipotle ever again!
