We love the food here but oh my gosh, the lady who answers the phone and takes the order is so rude. It's like it's an inconvenience to order food or ask questions. Today I called to ask for pricing because I want to order trays for our party and she said "I don't have time for you right now, come here when you're ready to order". I need to ask for pricing because I can't find a proper menu online that is updated. That's shameful. I really like the food here but I don't feel like spending money on this business if customers are treated like this.

The front desk lady is very rude. The calamari is good, but the service is bad which is more important than the f?od.I gave it a try again, but the service is still the same. I thought maybe she just had a bad day, but 2nd and 3rd time she was still rude and she also treated her other customers the same way. Now, I will try the other Chef Ps in San Jose. I don't mind driving the extra mile as long as I get treated well.Dietary restrictions: Watch your calories.

First off they do not ever pick up the phone and their customer service IS THE WORST!!! BEWARE. I called multiple times right when they opened to place an order for the fried calamari party tray. Finally a lady rudely answers. After I placed my order and tell her what time I want to pick it up she doesn't ask for my name or number and then just hangs up on my without saying bye.. two hours later my bf arrives to pick up the tray and the rude lady on the phone states that NO ONE called or placed an order for calamari!! He had to wait til they made a new order without even apologizing even though we know for a fact we spoke to her but since she happens to purposely not get your information for your order so she can totally pretend that we are the delusional one and didn't place an order. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Prices have gone up and amount of food has decreased. Disappointed. $25 for just for 1 small take out order of the calamari???? That's cray.

A little bit disappointed with this place. I've heard so much about their "Calamari", it's more like squid chips and it's too pricey! The rest of their entrée are average Chinese food. Egg rolls wrap were too thick and not enough fillings. Mongolian "Beef" should be called Mongolian "Onions", and I've had better chow mein. I probably won't come back.
Mannnnnnnn I use to go here when it was only on Jackson and the lady always be loud and mean but I let it slide. Salt and pepper calamari was the go to always and remember it being 12 now just today she said 24 shmuckaroos like damn since when. When people stop buying it cuz it's been stacked off to the side not fresh. Ohhh I guess we will have to stop going there and find a new spot. Sorry to say goodbye. Maybe again some other time if I come back down.....sheeeshhhh

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at an eatery. I've been craving this for a while but walked in to a very fishy odor -figured it was due to their seafood specialties. The lady asked if I was ready to order while my husband got cash from the ATM so I ordered the salt n pepper calamari I couldn't wait to have, to which she replied "no more food just calamar, the cook go home." I say ok no problem, one salt and pepper calamari please... she then starts cleaning and says they are getting ready to close. The ATM withdrew from my husband's account but the machine did not dispense cash. When he tells her, she said, "oh no more money in there" as she runs to the back to further ignore us both at this point, yet she watched him use the machine while taking my order but not really taking my order. Worst customer service I've experienced probably anywhere and I would give no stars if I could.

I think the Calamari lady is from the future coz she already mastered the art of distancing her self from her customers even before the pandemic. Bought calamari from her yesterday for $24.99.

I'm only giving 5 Star for the Crispy Calamari for it's very tasty & crunchy. But one star for the Server. She got the worst attitude to be in the Business. Very rude & no manners at all. She was really mean to everyone. Mind you 10 of us walk-in to the place & she literally was sending us out. Throwing our bag of food in the Counter. Frowning face & ungrateful !!!
