Been here twice, I redeemed some shake recently with my Cinnabon points but they don’t it same way as regular order. I wish they treat all same, the points came from actual purchase in first place.Anyways lower your prices, they are damn high for a dessert shop !!!

As far as I'm concerned cinnabons never have enough icing so I always order extra. When I saw the guy didn't charge me I asked again for the extra icing he assured me 'yeah I got it' and I didn't think twice.I come home to eat my cinnamon roll and I didn't get the extra icing. Super weird and just annoying because I asked for it twice. I'm not sure what he thought I was asking for but definitely check your order to make sure it's right. I usually check my bag after getting food but I assumed (after asking twice) that I would have gotten it but that's on me I guess ??

For$9.00 you would expect 2 fresh Cinnabon! But the ones that we picked up near Stoughton, WI were horrible! They were hard as a rock & tasted like cardboard! it makes me wonder how many weeks that they have been sitting there!! Even after being warmed up, they were bad!!

The older fair skin lady with glasses is so rude to her coworkers. I've visited multiple times and she always looks annoyed and the way she talks to the other employees is very disrespectful. The youngsters seem to have more pride and joy to help us than her. Do better.

Even the last hour before they were about to close the classic roll was tasty and warm! They're expensive but the size is decent. Every once in a while this is the spot to go to for a warm treat

I haven't eaten any Cinnabon products in a long long time since they took one out from the San Mateo Hillsdale Mall years Ago. I saw the Great Mall has one. So I took advantage; the chillata was yum ! Nice staff and nice choices! Thank you
