I’ve been here multiple times and most times it was fine but the last time was the worst because the barista had an attitude and did a horrible job making my matcha. She didn’t even mix it. My drink was a slop of matcha powder and vanilla syrup floating on a cup of almond milk. I’m so glad I didn’t tip. And the cashier was somehow oblivious to her attitude. I wish I said something then but I will say it now instead. I’m never coming back here. I don’t know what her problem was, but don’t take it out on me.

I love the Nordstrom Ebar at the shops in Mission Viejo CA and at the Irvine Spectrum in Irvine CA. They always have excellent customer service, good coffee, good salads, and my favorite Royale cookie.

I give them 3 stars I had just one bad experience, but they have good coffee.

They are behind below basics and standards. I wouldn’t call it terrible but just careless and unkind.

amazing place to drink! The vibes were immaculate, and the pretty employee named natalie on the register was so nice, she deserves a raise!
Great filter coffee. Very smooth and has a balanced taste and after taste. Delicious salads ? and bakery choices. Large and spacious seating area at Nordstrom mall entrance.
Great coffee nice folks at the counter but limited regular brew options. Coffee price is surprisingly a dollar more than at SB's. on regular drinks and presumably specialty orders. So perhaps they are paying their baristas more than the otherainline coffee houses which begs the question of tipping necessity or the amount thereof.
Excellent service today, the guy with the red hair greeted me with a smile and a hello, very great vibes from him and his co worker guy, they all greeted everyone nicely… and the mocha was excellent!
It's amazing. Small and you get what you need. With very good staff.
