The service and food is amazing!! I recommend ordering your food in advance as they do have great food and lines either drive thru and inside are long on busy days. I recommend buying their spicy chicken, it is perfectly crisp and tender and the pickles are chefs kiss. The family feast is a great bargain for $33 you get two sandwiches, all cuts of the chicken, two sides and 4 biscuits!

It's fast food so you don't expect atmosphere. I know everything has gone up a lot, thanks to the governor buying votes by raising the fast food industry to $20.00 per hour. Don't expect a lot of the fast food chains to survive. The state can tell them what they have to pay, but they can't tell them they have to stay open in California.So with that said, you don't get what you pay for at any fast food restaurant now.

So I had placed an order, and long story short, half of my order was wrong and/or missing, luckily it was my half and not my significant others or else the whole world would have had to have paid. Anyways, I wrote a poor review describing my experience and I got a call from the manager Irene and she essentially helped me get everything situated, replaced my wrong order for free, gave me extra tenders and got a free drink with my sauces. Great customer service response on their end.
Charge for food don't even get. So sad have to check your order before you leave. Straight up robbery as far as I'm concerned. Guess that's one way to make a profit charge double on your food as not all customers get their orders. Not that they care I'm not eating here any more...
This place has great food buuuut! Fast food workers do not deserve $20/hr. The girl at the drive through just closed the window when I asked "how are you today", RUDE! Then I get home and missing my Coleslaw that I paid for. Orders are almost aways wrong at these places. I guess I just won't be going back. Wonder how many other customers they will lose?

Absolutely the WORST experience. Waited 15 minutes to order in the dirive thru to be told I had a 5 minute wait for the chicken fillets to be cooked, so naturally, no problem. But 5 minutes turned into 25 minutes. I get down the road and was told that my sandwiches were incorrect. (I ordered original and I got spicy) So I turned around and came inside to not hold up the drive thru line, to be greeted by the on shift manager, Danielle who was extremely rude and condescending about my order being incorrect. I work in Customer service and have for the past 16 years, and I have NEVER came in contact with someone who obviously is unhappy and loathes working with the public. From the very start she rolled her eyes, rudely cut me off from speaking and insisted on giving me my money back instead of correcting my order that I had already waited 40 minutes for, telling me they "would happily give me my money back so I could go somewhere else" all while having a snarky attitude. (Yes, I confirmed Danielle was in fact the shift manager) It wasn't until after waiting another 13 minutes for the two sandwiches to be corrected, that I had enough of their attitude and got upset because of what happened next. As I went up to the counter to get the bag (not saying a word) Danielle waited till I grabbed the bag and started to walk away from the counter and yells out "have a wonderful day" with another eyeroll, as they're assisting another customer with their order. I turned around, walked back and asked for her name. It was completely uncalled for being since I was there ordering at 7:16pm and didn't walk out the door with my corrected order until 8:06pm. So I know that it wasn't sincere, it was to be condescending as not once was there any type of an apology for the mix up. As a customer I will find another establishment to go to, and as someone who is a manager in customer service, I would be mortified knowing that this Coffee Rd location is being ran by such negative people who do not believe in simple customer service nor do they care at all. The establishment itself was filthy, nowhere to sit and wait because half of the dining area was filled with unused machines and boxes just thrown everywhere. I'm not one to complain or write reviews, but tonight's run in with Danielle has changed my.mind. I hope upper management calls me back because I did indeed contact the district to file a complaint on Danielle and their customer service that they are desperately lacking for being in a management position.

Husband - I have tried chicken sandwiches from a lot of other restaurants, even Chick-fil-A? but none of them can hold a candle to Popeyes chicken sandwich???. To be honest some of KFC's sides are still better but you can't (not even Raising Cane's) beat Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich.
