Terrible service, this location really needs looked into if management even cares.Watched other customers express their frustration way more upfront than I. Mobile orders, for some reason, are not placed for pickup. I had to ask for it and handed rudely with attitude. Then again, I should expect fast food workers to be miserable. Tully location was much nicer and didn't have to beg for my order being gate kept. Can already tell you this location will be closed down eventually if it doesn't change.

Food was fine. But the service was unwelcoming. My order came out in different parts. I had to keep walking back and forth to the front. And they take forever to notice that someone needs to be helped.

Very poor customer service every time I go there it's at least 15 to 20 minute wait period for me to receive my no one ever greets or assists you in a timely manner. The crew is always using vulgar language. I even cought a gurl during her break smoking weed I won't be going back there.. I don't trust them preparing my food.

Very quick service, very cheap. Waiting time for some coffees was quite long, but the manager reacted by himself and even gave us 1 coffee free. Amazing service, clean toilets, big enough parking and tasty food. Recommend it a lot.Vegetarian options: You can see exact ingredients that are included in your meal and tweak it to your needs

I ordered a very big order past midnight and they still didn't miss a single item. Being that it's Taco Bell you would think something is always messed up with the order but not at the Prescott Taco Bell the staff here is A1. The Ambiance is like every Taco Bell, but not at this one. While Ismael is running that drive thru best believe your order will be correct. He is nice and attentive. Best Customer service I've ever gotten at a late night Taco Bell, thank you Ismael.
