Well I know that drive through gets their food first then, they serve the people inside . I made the mistake of getting g out of the drive through line three cars behind to go inside with no one inside to request my pick up meal. Six drivers later and twenty minutes I get my meal. I was almost late for work I was so angry I was worried I'd cause a scene and get the cops called

Took 15 minutes to make vibratos we were the only ones in the dining room. There were two employees on that side, one of them was making food.. four people on the drive thru side drive-thru is backed up around the corner. Goodwill sloppily put together and green sauce was on the outside of the burrito. I asked for the drinks from all the other employees and he looked at the screen and told the guy he needs to hurry up because he even looked at the screen and saw that it took 15 minutes to make burritos. The bathroom was in disarray with paper towels everywhere.Dining room was uncapped. Noticed several employees carry on conversations instead of making food in drive-thru. I reviewed hundreds of restaurants in Lincoln say that in the Modesto area of all the Taco Bell's this is by far the worst. Well worth the drive over to the McHenry and clarabel store.
