I am so sick & tired of the "customer service" area always being closed! This is the 3rd week in a row that I have tried to come utilize this service, that they seem to offer, yet something is always broken or the staff leaves early! This section/option is supposed to be open until 8-830pm........its 540pm now yet its closed?! Very frustrating and bad form!

Ok, just got home and saw that I was charged for two bags of Cheetos at $2.98 each, when there was only one in my basket. Not the first time either. Unfortunately you can't watch what they are ringing up. Check your receipts.

Not a real great experience. I was picking up an online order on the date and at the time I was informed that my order would be ready for pickup. When I went to the customer service desk, I was told that they would be closed for an hour due to an employee calling in that evening and they had to close down the desk to give the person working alone a lunch break. I thought, "There's no one to cover her lunch for an hour?" So I waited. During that hour wait, I needed to use the restroom. It was very unclean and the stall door wouldn't latch. I have a weak bladder and couldn't wait to try and mess with it to get the door to lock. I hurried, hoping that I would finish before someone tried to come in. Then the paper towel dispenser was empty, so I drip dried. I came out and the line to the customer service desk was backed up almost all the way down the register line. I ended up waiting in line to pick up my order for nearly 45 more minutes. The only thing I can say is that when I did get up to the desk, the clerk was very professional and friendly. That was quite a refreshing and unexpected surprise after the rest of my experience that evening had left me extremely irritated. I will not have any order shipped for me to pick up at this store again. I will have it sent to another Wal-Mart instead!!

Prices are ok, but not wonderful. Produce is fresh, but not farmers market fresh, or even save mart fresh. Dairy has ok, but not great prices. What makes this store a one star is the security staff and the self checkout clerks. Security follows me around the store every time I walk in the door, and the self checkout clerk (troll) in the evenings is a real joy to put up with. All I generally buy here is cat food because I don't like smart mouthed clerks and brain dead security..

Ive been using this pharmacy for the past year and I can not believe how rude and unfriendly everyone behind the counter is, I used to use raleys pharmacy and the raleys pharmacy staff were always so nice and wanted to know how your day is going, at Walmart they are all very cold and definitely not friendly at all.

Cheap food and crazy customers. It's a Walmart. Actually it's not too bad just crying kids most of the time but the cashiers are nice. Staff seems to be helpful and open a line for you when needed. The parking lot can be jam packed with people that can't park but that's not their fault. I wish they had a larger produce selection but if I'm doing a lot of shopping rather than picking up a few things I'll go to Sprouts.

I come to this location to get Activia Greek Yogurt every week. Up until a week ago, I never had any problems with the variety of Greek yogurt. I normally get one pack of vanilla and one pack of blueberry. However, all of a sudden, they stopped carrying the blueberry flavor. All that's left is a bunch of vanilla flavor! Don't get me wrong, I like vanilla, but I also like variety. Last week, I asked if they had any in the back, but they didn't, so I got two four packs of vanilla. I came back a week later and find they still don't have any blueberry flavors. The clerk that I talked to said that they didn't, and was told they would be getting their next shipment the following day. I came back that day only to find out that they STILL don't have it. I didn't bother asking if they had any in the back this time, because I know the answer will still be the same. Extremely disappointed!

Great prices..great parking and super great employees. Arthur has helped me more times than I can count. Today I left my cane on a cart just before closing time.when I returned just after closing Ramson ..a manager actually knew where it was and handed it to me. He wouldn't take a reward . I love finding items there that are priced lower than major grocery stores too. I buy a huge candy bar there for $2.68 that sells for $4 at other stores.Giant milk is just a bit over $3. There's just no end to the bargains. The fact that the store is so well kept just tops it off. There's a.big set of.security cameras in the parking lot .there's self check out and clean bathrooms. It really is just right. They carry everything I need and more. I like their smiles! I wish I knew everyone's name so I could commend them all. See you there.

Listen, I won't step foot in a normal Walmart. No way, no money offered can make me go into a Walmart. However, it was Thanksgiving night, around 9pm. Everything was closed and I had a mean craving for chiliquiles and needed fresh ingredients fast! I went in and it was so clean and organized. I was the only person in line so I was in and out. I was impressed at their organic and vegan selection as well! Unfortunately; this store isn't in my neighborhood so I probably won't come again unless it's a holiday but if it were close I'd shop there often. Very impressed overall and great customer service. Not your average Walmart.

I think her name is Rochelle. Shes a cashier their. She has a unique haircut. But excellent customer service. She has a great personality and a friendly attitude. She is pretty nice, funny. I saw that she interacts with her customers well. Great job. Never thought i would be reviewing walmart. But I had to give her thumbs up.

Not sure which "corporate wonder" came up with the stores remodel plan, but NOT Good. One long horrendous line to get to 1 of 3 registers open, and 1 poor guy in a safety vest directing people with their full baskets. The line went from front, all the way around the corner, to the front of the meat case! And at 6:00 pm no less. Pretty sure if any of you had cold or frozen purchases, they were in a different state when you finally got up to the front. Anybody but me wonder what the heck happened to customer service? There was a time ( not long ago) where we, The Customers, came first. No more my friends. They've actually forgotten: "Without your customers, you have NO JOB" Just a thought

I asked my son, who was in that part of town to pick up some soda. I think it might help to mention that he rides a motorcycle and is therefore forced to wear a backpack to have any form of a trunk. He was immediately asked to put his backpack behind the customer service counter, which, I can understand - they don't know him, they don't want to risk someone stealing anything, which is not what bothers me. What does bother me however, is that while he was asked to leave his backpack behind a counter, two women who walked in just behind him carrying large bags (one was even bigger than his backpack) and were allowed to enter the store with no problem - they weren't stopped, they weren't even glanced at. I find this to be wrong on many levels, if you're going to make one person leave their bag, make everyone - or is it that Wal-Mart believes women to be incapable of stealing, or could it have been simply that he happens to be black? tldr; If Wal Mart is going to ask one person, they need to ask EVERYONE, regardless of race and gender to leave their bags/backpacks at the counter, otherwise they tend to look sexist/racist.

Nice supermarket i can shop for food and supplies! Makes it very Convenience for me and there's a huge parking lot with easy access. I'll be going there to buy more stuffs and they also have great customer services with a friendly staff.

Horrible first time. No stock. Not one russet potato Said rain truck delivery problem. But not at super Walmart on MC Henry. No fresh fish. ONE register open ! The MC Henry location is great and ask sny employee where something is, and they take Yu there. Should close market one

I recently ordered a tv stand from their on line selection and picked it up from the store! I thought this was the greatest thing ever! No shipping fees staff loaded it into my car and all was great!! BUT WAIT, a couple of weeks later my account was hacked. Fortunately my bank had caught this and closed my credit card account and nothing happen. A couple of weeks later it happened again. I called wal-mart to see what could be done, but apparently they do not have a fraud department. The lady I spoke to about this was SO RUDE and knew nothing about computers!! I emailed wal-mart but no response. Lesson here be careful using their on line services!!!

It is a Walmart Grocery store only...we went there after Christmas to shop BUT they didn't have much...not their fault...we just thought they would...so FYI...it is a big grocery store.

I don't have a problem with Walmart in general and actually after shopping in this store I have a whole new appreciation for the Supercenter on McHenry! What was supposed to be a well-planned inaugural trip to their grocery-only format store turned out to be nothing but. Mind you I was able to go on Walmart.com and check stock on all the items I was intending to buy and they provide aisle information so I was quite pleased about that. Unfortunately as soon as I parked in one of the ridiculously narrow parking stalls and navigated through questionable sticky spots on the ground enroute to the entrance, chaos seemed to welcome me. It felt like the Apocalypse was nigh and people were quickly depleting all stock in the store in preparation. I managed to get what I needed but in turn also wanted to get the heck out of there for fear my car would be sardined. They have self-checkout which is great but odd at the same time where you stand in a single line much like the manned registers complete with a conveyer belt. In any case I won't return again for regular shopping but I will have to come back for a site to store item... PRAY FOR ME!!!!
