Nice little place, extensive selection of dishes, fast service, nice staff. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I reserve 5 for something truly exceptional, but this place is very good indeed. I'd love to eat here again.

Come here for a nicely-furnished, attractively-lit and entirely typical Chinese restaurant experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, the ambiance is quiet and serene, the walls are red, the tablecloths are yellow, and the General Tso’s chicken is no better than the best you’ve had elsewhere and certainly no worse than any other plate you’ve eaten. It’s essentially a version of Panda Express which is upgraded in every area. You’ve got to respect the hustle. ??Probably a safe bet for business lunches, impressing your friends from the countryside, and meetings of the local Go league.

Don't attempt to order from them on Christmas day! Dont get me wrong i am SO grateful to have them open and provide a meal BUT this is ridiculous! They told us our online order would be ready an about 45 min and our son got there for pick up and waited for over 2 HOURS for the food. When he got back they forgot 2 meals from the order. We love ordering from them but this experience was horrible.

Familiar feeling Chinese restaurant. Decent selection of Chinese (mostly “American Chinese” with some exceptions) dishes including chicken, pork, beef, duck, fish, etc. Food tastes good and came out fast and piping hot. Both indoor and outdoor patio seating are available. Decor is somewhat casual, typical for a US Chinese restaurant, though not inspired. Dining area was clean but perhaps a little worn.Service was very good, fast, and attentive without being annoying.Parking: Small parking lot on either side of the building can probably accommodate a full restaurant. If you need to use street parking, it is available immediately in front of and nearby. Parking should not be an issue.

This place is great! The food was very nice and the service was outstanding. The waiter who ever he was,was amazing ! He was fast, efficient and never messed up and order and there were alot of people in that restaurant and he was the only one . The sizzling basil tofu was fantastic, spicy with fresh basil and cooked to perfection. The sautéed green beans were absolutely delicious, they were hot and fresh and juicy , the highlight of the night . It was a great meal all round. Everything was fresh and hot, not that cold in the middle microwaved food you can get served . Highly recommend place to eat

This review is for takeout. We ordered online Friday night and were able to pick up our food in about 25 minutes. The restaurant is on the main drive in Montecito and has about 10 parking spaces in their lot. We ordered: 1. Vegetable low mein- noodles were cooked well, no flavor 2. Orange peeled chicken- flavor was OK, texture was a bit hard/dry 3. Hot and sour soup- it wasn't good, had a very strange consistency and no flavor 4. Seafood fried rice- greasy, flavorless Overall our dinner was incredibly disappointing, nothing tasted like anything, soy sauce and chili didn't even help. Not sure if there's other Chinese food options, but take your chances with a different restaurant or type of food. Will not be returning.

Cute, quaint place on Coast Village hiway, with choice of patio or indoor dining. Friendly, low-key, good service, family and kid friendly with all the classic offerings. The cream cheese wontons were delicious, loved the homemade dough they were wrapped in. Braised Peking eggplant was slightly firm for my taste but good nonetheless--definitely not crunchy. Would have liked to taste the sauce more. It didn't really come with much sauce, only what was needed for braising.A large party came in shortly after my meal was served, but server remained attentive.I'd like to try some other dishes so I will return.

The food was awful. I don't think they know how to cook the Chinese food at all. Don't suggest this restaurant at all.

Confused for a door dash driver upon walking in. Asked for a table and was told they were closed. Would suggest an update on your hours and perhaps a different approach to serving tan skinned individuals.

Average Americanized Chinese food. What is there to say about it? Not much. Roughly the same as China Pavillion downtown. Not sure if they have anything in common, but several dishes taste exactly alike. Anyway, this is what most Americans think Chinese food is. We don't need to go through the list of pretend Chinese dishes, it's boring. It's average, not bad, not great, some things they do OK, some things not. I live close by, and if you need some food immediately, they are in the neighborhood. But if you have time, there's only one authentic Chinese restaurant in Santa Barbara, and the intitials are "MU." Please keep them in business, we already lost the New Sichuan Gardens.
