I am very disappointed with this pollo loco the creamy cilantro dressing it's water down!. I know economy is way high but come on you guys can do better this. The chicken is burnt omg this crazy

One register open only, and this is during lunch hours. I usually spend 20 to 25 minutes of my lunch hour waiting for my food after I place the order, and it's not only a one-time occasion. This happens every single time I come here for lunch. This is the only reason I don't come here often even though I love their food.

I have been eating at this location (Monterey Park) for the last twenty years. The staff has always been kind and receptive. Over the last few years, the management of this location has improved immensely I am specifically referring to Lupe the Manager. She is always kind, receptive and professional in her approach. The service has always been excellent. When dining in the staff has kept the dining area clean. The food is always good fresh and tasty!! I have never experienced any hostile service by any individual working at this location. I have witnessed various staff members resolve any issues with hostile customers with the utmost respect and professionalism. I will continue to eat at this establishment for the great food and service. Thank You Brad Pitt jr.

If you like chicken and don't mind the terrible customer service, then this is the place to have your next meal. I went to this specific location two seperate times and got harassed, interrogated and treated like a criminal. The first time it happend, I had specifically stated to the cashier that I wanted no cilantro in my order. Then when the order came, I found it included in my meal. I then went and told the worker, even opened my box to show them the cilantro and instead the worker and the cashier came to me and lectured me that I was wrong. That I needed to state to not include Pico de Gallo. Pico de Gallo is tomato mixed with cilantro and there was no indication on the menu listing that ingredient. They reluctantly remade my order and yet again lectured me about my order when handling it back to me. The second time, I went back another day deciding to give this place another chance. While I was handed my order I got acused for photographing a section of the kitchen and the people there. I had kindly explained to them that I was minding my own business and had my face glued to my phone and didn't look up until my order was called. The worker didn't belive me and kept asking me repeatedly "So you didn't take any pictures?!" Like I was some sort of criminal that needed to be interrogated. Then when I was asked if I want green or red sauce or Pico de Gallo with my order, iI was given multiple times the sauces other than what I had asked for. I did bring this up to cooperate customer service and all they did was apologize for my experience, tried to pay me off with a $15 food voucher and said they will attempt to fix this issue so it dosent happen again. Overall, I absolutely would not put myself through this experience again. Not only has things escalated but I've been told this will never happen again and instead it did. In conclusion, may the odds be ever in your favor if you choose to be hungry and crave for an el pollo loco meal.
