Uniboil Hotpot

Got the hotpot to go and they're still doing the special menu where everything is provided for, even the pot! (Or you can sub with extra pound of meat) Everything for 50 bucks! Went for the korean army set, and there was plenty of food, especially meat! It was definitely more than just one meal for two people, I still had leftovers after my eating the leftovers! Why did we wait this long to go back???? We did hot pot to go, and it was great. We ordered the Beef DIY Hotpot Set. Everything is provided for, and all you have to worry about is how you are going to finish up all the delicious food, from beef, chicken, clams to veggies (enoki, corn, wood ear, cabbage) and fish balls and imitation crab, not to mention the glass noodles, 3 types of dipping sauce and 2 (preset) beverages. COVID happened and I was seriously craving hotpot - thank god for Uniboil (and LAist for the news article featuring them)! They had (and hopefully still have) a fantastic take-out deal - $50 for ~2lbs of meat + 2 full container of veggies + 1 full container of soy products & (meat/fish) balls. The meat was very fresh.
