Kona Steak and Seafood

Delightful experience. First timers after PF Changs closed. Loved all of the choices! Will return!

As usual, our meal and experience at Kona Steak and Grill restaurant was exceptional. Highly recommend the Cowboy salad, my favorite. Also, the steak bites were superb.

Every menu item we tried was amazing. Ribeye steak, baked, potato, fried rice, seafood pasta, and amazing desserts! What a great restaurant theme and dessert presentation. Super friendly staff! A+!

The portions of fish were huge and delicious. Rice, soft and fluffy. The vegetables were too al dente and my friend didn't like them at all, as well as saying the cauliflower had a weird sweet sauce that she didn't like at all. I only ate a few of the vegetables as well. So, for the price it would be great if that could be improved. The string beans were unedible.

Great food would recommend booking as we just got lucky with a table and only waited about ten minutes.

The food and service were terrible. The food was tasteless, cold, and the presentation was horrible. It was also expensive! I wouldn't have minded paying that amount because we wanted share Father's Day with my husband, but it was a total disaster.

Kona is a very welcoming experience with a large menu. Fun cocktails, shaved ice, and friendly wait staff, what's not to like. It also helps to transport you to a Hawaiian destination while still being in Monterey. Kona has been our go-to place to eat that is easy and comforting for the whole family.

Loved the outdoor patio so our fur babies could join the celebration. Thankfully, Monterey weather was accommodating this weekend. Brooke (with an “e”) was attentive and friendly, and we were happy to share Maui insights with her! Food was fresh and tasty. Desserts were huge! We'd like to try more things on the menu at a future visit.

I love this restaurant. I have visited about 6 times, each time the service, ambiance and food were all 5 stars. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space and delicious food. I am always happy to refer others, knowing they too will have a great experience.

Kona is a great Hawaiian restaurants in the Monterey Area. The atmosphere is great and stylish and the waiters and hostess provided great service. Food is very solid across the board, the sweet Hawaiian rolls are a must try! Overall, great place to chill and have a good meal.

From the moment you sit down you feel welcomed. Service was exceptional and food was delicious. Definitely coming back.
