My daughter has been in several productions and Koly doesn't charge for kids to act like other theatres. Also drag brunch Sunday is amazing!Kid-friendliness: All ages can be a part of this theatre company.

I went to a production Of Rocky Horror at the Paper Wing Theatre in Monterey. It was great. The staff are all really friendly and they have a nice bar area and the most delicious brownies I have ever tasted. I highly recommend this theatre. I went to a 8:00 pm show. It was not a dinner show. The play was very good. It had some very talented actors in the production. I loved the girl playing Trixie. She was awesome!

This was our first time here! My hubby suggested it for our anniversary. We saw Cabaret. Everyone was so friendly from the get go. He had salmon and I had chicken. The food was ok, perfectly serviceable. We were both happy they had coffee since we don't drink. They have beer and wine for those who do! They were very attentive during the meal service. The show was AWESOME. We had such a great time. The actors were all on point. One of them is a friend of ours and it was SO cool to see her in her element. We already decided we will be back. If you're in town and want a fun night out this is NOT to be missed!!

Went for the first time to watch the rocky horror show, they're fantastic! The performers are great, and stuck around afterwards for pictures. Staff was also super considerate about changing ticket times, and the whole process was quick and easy. Definitely going back to see next year's performance if not sooner!
Great Show! Loved the Performance and Actors!Fabulous Dinner, Dessert and Service. Fun evening of laughter too! A MUST SEE SHOW especially for those who have married and raised a family!!!

Highly recommend the experience of I Do I Do (play). In the heart of Cannery Row this GEM with delicious healthy and quality cuisine (Salmon perfectly prepared and sustainably sourced). Lima beans so tender and tasty (generally not my favorite yet prepared by the chef here -delicious). Yummy homemade chef's recipe chocolate chip cookie and vanilla bean ice cream (also highest quality). Service outstanding too. Such HEART here toward creating the BEST experience including "backstage", support and first tier ACTORS. Highly suggest for an evening of FUN, great food, and stimulating conversations on topics presented within the dialogue of the play. Join in or sit back and relax. Unique in many ways to other dinner theaters I've experienced over the years in such a "step up" kind of way. Definitely return for another evening when in the Monterey/Carmel area. First time yet plan to add to "dinner" rotations when in town plus off broadway quality production scaled to a quaint local experience. FANTASTIC VALUE!

Just saw "I Do, I Do" with my grandaughter. Small set and a cast of two. But, I was very pleasantly surprised by both the food and the play. The play was done very well with excellent lighting and sound. Costumes and set worked perfectly. The cast was very good and the whole play reminded me of the Black Swan theater at the Ashland Oregon Shakespeare Festival... Small set, intimate and very well done. The food was excellent. Had crab bisque followed by delicious lasagna... large helping. Good pinot to drink and a nice dessert. I will be going back again for this winning combination.

I met up with friends at Paper Wing for Sunday brunch and we had SO MUCH FUN. The banana bread was amazing. The waffles and chicken wings were delicious. Our glasses of mimosas, OJ, and lemonade were never empty and our laughter flowed as freely. And while I would give Paper Wing 5 stars for the food and service, it was the entertainment that made our morning so perfect. The performers were THE BEST - fun, engaging, just downright fabulous. If you're looking for a great meal, a reason to get dressed up (or not!), authentic entertainment, a meal with friends (or a meal alone!), a place you can Paper Wing Theatre is truly a hidden gem.

I had my birthday party here and it was AMAZING! I had a birthday, drag, disco brunch with thirty friends. The food was great. Koly and her staff were incredible to work with. They set up the cake table, favors, the food was timed perfectly, and their staff constantly checked in with me throughout the event to make sure I was happy and to see if I needed anything. If you want a unique event venue, this is the place.
