Patti is in the process of closing one of the very nicest Gluten Free Bakeries anywhere I l know of. In fact, I am not a Gluten Free person, but all the food I have ever had there has always been well prepared..and delicious, too. Directions to bake the Cinnamon Rolls were spot on.My partner is highly allergic to gluten, and these are the best cinnamon rolls we’ve ever had.We live about 2 hours away but already looking for excuses to travel through just to buy more for his family who also have Celiacs Desease.Will definitely be buying for my own as well considering how delicious they are! So yummy!!!

I had my niece in from outta town who is gluten-free and dairy-free, and this was the perfect place to go! Super friendly, and attentive staff even while busy! And just thought I'd mention my non gluten-free kids still absolutely loved their treats ❤
