All in all, a great value if you care most about your experience inside the room... which is true for me.Don't be fooled by the exterior which does not look very high-end... The inside of the rooms is a wonderful surprise. Clean, comfortable bed. No lingering odors. Rain shower (My favorite feature of the room)modern and clean surroundings in the shower. Room was clean and had most amenities expected. Bathroom had very modern features, loved it. Breakfast was bare minimum (cereal and bread, apples were vailable 1/2 of the days, no yogurt or pastry). WiFi was so slow as to be unusable (could not stream video, text pages loaded slowly)

Will stay again, as it's near office. Room was very clean and recently updated with working microwave and fridge. Staff was friendly and helpful. A couple minor downsides: curtains leave large gaps so the room is always somewhat lit at night and the WiFi was difficult to connect to from laptops (but worked well after fighting with it for 10 mins or so to finally show the WiFI login page each day). Good location withing walking distance of downtown.
