Walked over to this place while getting an oil change. The guy behind the counter was great and super helpful, they had barely opened for the day so it was dead. He was quick with my daughter’s pizza and she said it was great.

My ability to give three stars is based on the BLATANT false advertising. There is a banner in the window with French fries on it. There is a hanging sandwhich menu with two giant pictures of sandwiches and fries, which says “all sandwiches come with a side of fries.” Also a menu teaming with pictures of said sandwiches and fries. So imagine my surprise when the dude behind the counter said “we don’t have fries here, we haven’t started getting them yet.” Been around 3 years since my days in the food industry but I think it’s wild to have fries be such a hard ask that they really planned on getting them but haven’t yet. Glad I didn’t pay 17 dollars for a smallish looking sandwhich that wouldn’t have come with them. Wild. I could also tell I’m not the first person to have asked this question. I hope the atmosphere and cleanliness is a reflection of the owner, NOT their comfort with leaving their employees to answer for why your marketing would feature, prominently, an item not carried.

It took 45 minutes for two sandwiches. And the food wasn't very good. The service is extremely slow. Do not recommend.

Great prices, great quality pizza. Pepperoni is excellent. For the price, the best deal in town.

Tastes like NY pizza, ask for it crispy

I was there last night and what I received was not a NY style pizza. It was a regular crust not thin. However, it tasted fine but not what I was expecting. I had ordered to go and didn't notice until I got home.

The pizza here is not good. Like bowling alley bad. You’d accept it if you were stuck at an arcade and be perfectly happy. Anywhere else is just shameful. Shame on the owners for making pizza this bad.

I went around the time it first opened.
The manager(?) really pissed me off.
He was so focused on training his employee and trying to get her to sell me shit i didnt want and telling her i wanted things i didnt ask for. Then he completely forgot about a pizza i ordered and then the discount that was going on no longer applied for it so i had to pay way more for the one small pizza than i had to pay for the previous pizzas; not only that but i then had to wait an additional 15-30 minutes for them to make it.
A shame that this place replaced Flippin', probably wont ever go again tbh.

Had a very bad experience but Javier more than took care of it. He gave us a hefty discount on our new order and made it with love, I went from 1 star to 5 stars because they do care about the customers here. I'm definitely coming back!

UPDATED review: Saw that Scott Barone was the owner according to the flippin pizza website. The lady working today 06/10/2024 (it is now 2pm) informed my husband SHE was the owner when my husband was trying to ask for the manager or owner when he came in earlier for the replacement pizza.

I just called to speak to Scott Barone and she had nothing to say and just hung up on me.

***I don't know her relation to the owner but hopefully she is not fraudulently claiming ownership of this business because that is just the saddest thing to witness.

Horrible service from the lady working today 06/10/2024 around the hours 11am- 1pm. She told my husband on the phone to come back in 2 hours for a replacement order offered by the kind gentleman a couple weeks ago (burnt pizza when picked up).

She told my husband that she was too busy and to come back in the time mentioned above.

My husband arrived at this location and had this disrespectful smirk on her face and asked what he wanted?

She also claimed to be the owner of this location. For the owner to act this way to a customer? That is actually really disappointing.

Been eating at flippins for years, first time at this location and I've never been more disappointed... The 2 chicken slices were on the smaller side and the buffalo slice had 4 little pieces of chicken in the bottom and that's it, the BBQ chicken had a little bit more but still very disappointing. No cilantro on it either every other flippins always puts the cilantro on. Lack of space on both slices was also very lacking. These 3 let down slices for 15 dollars is crazy
