Food quality is about what you can expect for a Subway. Online orders take forever for them to make. Be prepared to wait a good 10-20 minutes for them to make the sandwich after you place the order. I was standing around for 25 minutes waiting for my order. It would have been much faster to just go through the line.

Subway is never my first choice, but it's on base and convenient. Went in today around 5pm to grab a sub after work and the girl behind the counter was super nice and quick. You may not be excited about the food, but their employees are always very nice and helpful!

Alas! Gut wrenching exclamation point was my first reaction when I saw the price for the 6" sandwiches on the receipt, $9+ for just the sandwich made me wonder a lot of thing. Having been not visiting this sandwich joint for the last 6+ months made that much a difference, I wondered!Or does the Subway franchise expect us the customers to use their weekly coupon to knock down the price as if they have given us a mighty discount for the limited, small amount of selection on the menu.Whatever their game plan is, now it will make me think and scramble & search for coupon before visiting this joint, again. Don't give me wrong, with the coupons, their prices will be very competitive, and again, the selection will be very limited.Sandwich, however, was mighty tasty, & I'll just have to chew and swallow a bit harder to enjoy the impromptu order of my, whachumy-call-it, a $10 golden sandwich!

The place was very clean, and there was a new menu. I was happy to see Subway updated especially on a Naval Facility. The meats were not separated by wax paper, and all of the vegetable trays were fresh, clean and full.

Been to this Subway located on the Navy base a couple of times now and it's been fine or A-OK. My friend Tess always tells me A-OK is good in her book so it's good in mine. The process for ordering a sandwich has always been straightforward and made-to-order works for me. I'm simple with my sandwiches and don't need a bunch of toppings and special instructions so maybe that helps. My experience has been fresh subs with soft bread and just as expected in taste and consistency. Friendly service with a smile. Located right across from the Exchange entrance. Parking's not an issue.

I don't think it's possible to get worse service than this location. First of all their employees are wearing sweatpants. I'm pretty sure that's not the subway policy but will move on. Every time I come into the location I have managed to get the least desirable service possible. You can tell the employees don't care and do just the bare minimum sometimes not even that. Today I ordered a salad and when they headed me a bowl with no lettuce in it I was confused. That should pretty much sum up what you should expect when you visit here.

They have curbside pickup but they don't answer the phone. I called for literally 45 minutes over and over and they finally picked up and brought me my cold food. This was 2 months ago. As of right now I am sitting in the parking lot calling over and over waiting for someone to pickup. I can see no one is inside. I can't go inside with a sick kid. Beautiful. Can't wait to have a cold sub again. They're great if you go inside though.

They do not answer their phones at all, do not order curbside bc they will not answer. Worst service ever, you will have to go in.
