I CANT express this enough. They mess up my order almost every single time. NO EXAGGERATION. I’m nice to service workers but enough is enough. They’re so rude. I always have to drive back or take my DoorDash order back to them. And they act so rude about remaking your order. Not a sorry. Just blant rudeness. They always question me for saying items are missing I would not drive all the way there and lie about my order. It’s ridiculous. A white male made a comment about “ corporate” getting them in trouble for substituting a missing Ingredient. If something is missing you replace it or refund it. Today I recieved a steak quesadilla w no steakAnd no chips. From my $30 DD order which I had to take back. Last Time my burrito was ice cold and wet. It’s always something here on top of the terrie treatment.

If I could give zero stars for this location I would, should have read the reviews before coming!!!The manager Martha unkind and didn't give any meat, and the young man doing rice doesn't know what he's doing, just poorly made, never again!

The crew members were ok, they had a high sense of urgency or rush that made no sense, I mean the line only had about 3 people. I wanted hard shell tacos they were out, I wanted guacamole and they were out!!!! I mean its 6 pm you run out of guacamole when you are open for a few more hours smh. The food line seamed messier than other Chipotle s I've been to mean it was dirty sauce and debris everywhere. They didnt even have the regular chips only the large bags.Not even a smile eye contact or thank you when I made my purchase at the register. I will not return to this Chipotle again!

This place sucks but unfortunately we keep trying to come back because it's the only one nearby. Whoever manages this place does not give a crap. First of all the staff does not care at all. They do a mediocre job and really don''t care. It shows in their body language, the eye rolling and the way they talk to the customers. Trust me....i've been here enough times toknow and i pay attention to that. After reading some of the reviews i can pretty much figure out who these employees are. Second, they run out of stuff ALL THE TIME! Last week they ran out of forks. So we ate our salads with spoons. Umm....Safeway is acrossthe street - BUY SOME FOR THE CUSTOMERS!!Tonight - they are out of fajitas and the person that announced it gave an attitude. On.....let's not forget that the area where they are making the food for the customers is gross. They don't even bother wiping it down so it gets smeared with the burrito wrappers and bowls that's gliding down the line. Chipotle manager or owner - you will probably not read or see this. But i'm the off chance that you do, please do better.
