Gem of sushi place in Central Newark. Right next to Lion's. Almost missed it because the sign was combined with a Korean place they share the space with.High quality sushi at a great price. The chef personally greeted us and our hostess was so helpful. I ordered the Fire Fire sushi and they cooked it right in front of us! This is the best sushi I’ve gotten in years! The chef has over 30+ years, working at a 5 star hotel and famous restaurants. I am so glad i found this restaurant! I will definitely come back.
This place is EPIC!!! The fish and other ingredients were all fresh and so delicious. The chef was friendly and has over 30 years of experience. He also gave us some explanation of the food which was really helpful and interesting.Will definitely visit this place again!!!It’s just the best sushi ever ?
