First of all, not customer friendly! Second, brought a practically new top of class model to them to fix a recall, address low tire pressure light (spare tire), fix grinding noise (assumed brakes), 12 month maintenance. Truck hasn't be driven , garaged for almost 9 months. Said they didn't have loaner cars available, when I arrive had many loaners available...after I picked up, contrary to paperwork that said they road tested, light was still on! No mention of the brake issue. When ask whats the deal, they ask me to leave it with them and come back. Cmon, they weren't busy based on the sparse clients around, gave them a whole extra day more that they said they need. Bad customer service culture, I'm sure there has been a decline in sales, one of the indicators that usually shows up. I never post reviews but, I thought they were better than this!

I had a great experience purchasing our first Lexus car at Newport Lexus! Nasser Naderi was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions in details throughout entire purchasing process starting from looking for the right car/model and deciding which color/options to select, to actual purchasing process. Nasser was very patient showing us how to set up car functions/digital settings step by step which really helped a lot for my family and I to get familiar with our first Lexus car. We really enjoyed our purchasing experience at Newport Lexus and thank you Nasser for great customer services provided!

This is our third time getting a Lexus from Abe Canaan, and I couldn't have had better customer service! Every single time he has made the whole process a breeze, helping us get the best deal and everything be satisfactory. Even in the small amount of cars that were available, Abe called around to make sure I get the exact model and color of the car I wanted. Came here to get my RCF serviced and wanted to walk the showroom floor to look at some cars to purchase cause I'm looking to get into a new car pretty soon. Test drove a GSF and a LC convertible. Did not like the GSF at all since I previously owned a gs f sport and there are very little differences in the interior, so I was leaning towards the LC. The salesman wasn't very knowledgeable about anything and I pretty much knew more about these cars than he did but that's not that important. I wasn't looking to him for that information anyway. I tried to negotiate a decent price but he told me that there were no offers for the LC which is the car I was leaning towards. I don't know if it's just this dealership or if it's all but cars right now are skyrocketing in price and it's almost impossible to get anything below MSRP. Might be looking into getting a Lamborghini Huracan or Audi R8 v10+. Gonna make a few stops at these dealerships to see what their offers are. If you're looking to get a Lexus I strongly recommend coming to Newport, they have the biggest selection in cars and the nicest showroom in all the surrounding area.

Beware: Pricing on the phone doesn't match pricing when you show up for car service. I've purchased and/or leased five vehicles from Newport Lexus. In late July of 2021, I called them to make an appointment for my 120K service. They brought up my vehicle, a 2010 RX 350 front-wheel-drive, and went over the main manufacturer's suggested service items. They quoted $1,540 or so. When they mentioned the tire rotation, I said that I'd had that done at Costco, so they removed the $70, and they were offering 10% off if I took it to the Tustin Lexus (same owner), so it came out to about $1,320 with a loaner, since it was a major service. I drove over 30 minutes later, and when I sat down with the advisor, he quoted $2,095 without looking at my vehicle. He had my appointment and vehicle info in front of him, so I told him the quote that I'd just gotten and he looked at me incredulously. He said that price wasn't possible, and that there was too much work to do. I went back and forth with him about what I was quoted and finally took my car home without getting the service done. On August 4, 2021, I called Newport Lexus. I was quoted exactly as above ($1,540 less $70 less $150 = $1,320 with a loaner). They'd brought up my car and I'd gone over in more detail the manufacturer's suggested service items. I drove down to Newport 30 minutes later. The service advisor sat down with me after bringing up my appointment on her computer, and without looking at my car, quoted $2,095 for the 120K mile service. I said, "The quote should be on's $1,320, and your service team quoted me that price about 30 minutes ago." She started to make excuses as to why it was going to be higher and I told her I needed to walk around the building while she sorted out the discrepancy with the advisor I'd spoken with on the phone who'd made the appointment. I also stopped by the front office to let the manager know that there was a potential bait-and-switch pricing strategy going on. I spoke to the General Manager about my experience a few days ago and he blew it off. Buyer beware of this business.

Had such a great experience taking my car in just for an oil change that I had to write a review The customer service here is exceptional. From Steve that booked my appt to Kaitlyn that helped with the paperwork, to the courtesy shuttle drivers that dropped me off and picked me up, everyone I came in contact with was awesome. I have taken my car for servicing to other locations and the customer service doesnt even come close. They gave an ETA and it was actually done on time, they also had my car washed and even filled up my gas tank! I hope that your management or Lexus corporate notices how great you guys are and throw some bonuses your way, or an award, something!

I'm in love with my new 2015 NX200T!!! I've been wanting a Lexus for quite some time. Checked them out on kbb,, Carmax etc. I love technology but also wanted to get a hybrid and after a lot of research I thought I had to compromise and get an economic car with some of the technology I like. One day I decided to settle for a new CRV got my purse and started walking to my car when Bob Minton from Newport Lexus called me and after several calls back and forth convinced me to just go look at the used 2012 RX450 they had for sale on kbb. I'm soooo GLAD I did. I got out of there with a brand new Lexus 2015 NX200T that had all the technology I wanted and more! And the best part of it all was that it was hassle free. Come see Bob Minton!


My experience at Newport Lexus was very positive. My service consultant was very helpful and kept me in the loop throughout the process. The building itself is very nice and has a really cozy waiting area. The loaner car was great and made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this dealership.
