Very nice mom and pop type restaurant except in this case it seems to be mom and son. Low-key friendly service and good food. The salmon bowl was overpriced for what you get but the salmon roll was a great value. Good stop for lunch.

12/6/2023It's a fast service sushi place for sure. I liked my crunchy roll and teriyaki chicken just fine but it does feel rushed. I would say it's perfect for a quick lunch on a work day. The store front was clean and the staff were nice enough. Overall it's perfectly fine.

I recently tried this place a few times. The food is fine, kinda basic. The service is sorta horrible. It's might be a language barrier communication issue. They always seem to run out of receipts or something. Once I saw 4 people ordered after me got their food first. That's very Rude. I asked them and they acted like I never paid or whatever. Good food, bad attitudes from servers. 2 stars skip it.

Inexpensive "McDonald's" Sushi and Bento boxes. Oversubscribed so service suffers. The waitress is literally running inside the aisles.
Probably my go to spot for lunch! I work just behind John Wayne Airport and order from here very often. The chicken bento box is my go to. Always gotta add an specialty roll. Amazingly delicious, tastes very fresh. Never have had any issues when ordering from here.

Really sad the prices went up here. This was my favorite place to eat a bento box for lunch before I moved, but it’s +$4 and costed me $20+ for a steak box with drink now. Taste is still good but cant justify the 40% price increase for me to come back :(

My office ordered lunch from here recently. I got a miso soup and green dragon roll (I think, it has eel, avocado and shrimp tempura inside. I really liked my roll and the quality is great for a quick service/ budget friendly sushi restaurant. Miso soup had big chunks of tofu, mild flavor, yum! It isn't super fancy but still presented neatly and appetizing. The roll was good but the only thing is that the eel sauce was a bit too salty in my opinion. I'd eat here again if a quick meal was needed.
