The service was fantastic and the lady at the counter was so kind, it was as if she was genuinely happy to feed all the customers.Only one recommendation - on a hot sunny day, it'd be nice if the outside tables could have an umbrella for shade.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options and egg options are availableParking: The store is located in a strip mall off the main road and has a large accompanying open parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Store is on the ground level and can be accessed easily from the sidewalk - no steps.

They have gone down hill. They haven't got a clue what they have and what has been ordered. I literally ordered a bagel that was sitting in the case and 20m later they told he they were sold out of the bagel I had ordered from the case. Chaos doesn't result in consistently being able to produce a quality product.

Breakfast bagel sandwiches for the hungry!!The bagels are pretty good!!!I ordered the Santa Fe on a jalapeño bagel. The Santa Fe with sausage was delicious and the chipotle aioli gave the breakfast sandwich the kick it needed. My fiancé ordered the Californian on an everything bagel. Everything was really really fresh.I would definitely come back to get some breakfast sandwiches again.

Bagels too expensive but if guess it goes with everyone else on raising prices.
The food quality is amazing here. They have the best bacon out of any restaurant around. They have a great selection of bagels and flavored cream cheeses. Not to mention this location is way better than the one in Costa Mesa despite being fairly close because the parking is better and clientele are a lot friendlier.Staff is great too. Always receive service with a smile and efficiency.Parking: Huge lot and has never been crowded or overly busy like the other location gets.
Was descent service. The lady just handed me the bags not very sincere. She didn't include the cream cheese I paid for. No napkins. No knife to spread the cream cheese that wasn't even there. Hire people that care. Been wanting to come here for a year.

Ordered my usual nova lox, and it was yummy! Would have given five stars had they not added so many capers and red onion. They added so much that it covered the entire bagel spread haha, but I was able to remove as needed. The sandwich also came with bagel chips and a pickle. It was pretty packed when I came here on Sunday at 12. Very limited seating - one table outside, two tiny tables inside, and three bar seats. Service was fast. Got my order writhing 10 minutes. Overall, satisfied my bagel fix!
