I do not leave reviews very often, but had an experience that far exceeded my expectations with Armando and Isabel yesterday. There were some technical problems with my app as I order through that. I did not expect it, but Armando and Isabel were very helpful and straightened everything out for me…these two were very professional, very efficient and very cordial…I’m a lifelong native CA In-n-out guy, but this location food quality and high level of service may convert me to Wendy’s…your burgers are most excellent!!!

it was great know one in the drive-thru I don't know what else could be said! If your going to court yeah stop and grab a bit but if you have to pay a fine don't eat there they are over priced and you might not have enough for your fine. Hey owner you have dumb people who can't bake cookies right. How hard is it to bake cookies? They burnt the cookies every time. Get rid of those employees if you want to maintain your business .

I like Wendy’s. I just would prefer this Wendy’s to not be so chaotic. They have good cooks there. It’s the people that take orders or give you the food. They need to listen a little better and not be so confused looking all the time. They seem to make their jobs harder for themselves which annoys the customers. We want them calm and capable. Maybe it’s management. Need to train better, possibly.

Such a rude person that was in the drive thru today at 18:20. she kept rolling her eyes and being so rude. she should definitely not work in the food industry if she can’t handle a complaint. please give me the name of this person so i can file a complaint against
