Drove way to Norco from Ontario to order food. Paid $44 dollars and the order all wrong. Now it’s a must to check the order before leaving the restaurant. Ordered breast and wing combo and got 2 thighs and missing the extra biscuit I paid for

I got a 16pc tender meal comes with 3 large sides and biscuits and a chicken wrap, paid over $60. The side of Mac n Cheese was half filled so I basically got a small in a large container. And I asked for the sweet n spicy sauce that they use on the wings for my wrap and the kept giving me the wrong sauces! Like come on! I finally gave up and just left. They are so incompetent at that location. Every time I go there is always something wrong with the order. They need to hire new staff that actually cares!

Truly disappointed that people can’t listen and make an order correctly, even after repeating it back to you!!

I was so disappointed to find my order completely wrong after driving all the way back home!! I was so craving my fried chicken that night that after being treated so rudely at the Popeyes on McKinley in Corona which refused to take my order in the drive thru, wanted me to park and come in to use the kiosk!! I drove all the way to the Norco Popeyes, only for them to give me the wrong order!!

A simple 2 piece thigh dinner turned into 1 dry breast and one tiny drumstick!! There’s a reason I order thighs, because they are juicy and I like them, not dry like that breast!! If I’m going to pay the price for fried chicken and drive all over to get it, I want what I ordered and paid for!! Not whatever you feel like handing out!

Thanks for ruining my dinner!

Terrible chicken sandwich. Chicken was rubbery and tough. Chicken only covered 1/2 of the bun, the rest was mayo and pickles. Don't think I'll be back

Why would I order online from Uber eats and pay more, while during pickup you ask that customers go to drive through and wait in the line for pick up :(
I talked to one of the staff through front door and yet refused delivery and asked that I go to drive through

When I entered in and ordered with my lady. This gentleman, a Latino dude, was so respectful and patient dealing with my girl, which asked too many questions while they were busy. We forgot our coupons and he offered theirs. It seemed like he knew it was my birthday, which it was, and I was happy to eat my fried chicken sandwich and, of course, fried chicken. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name because people were ordering. I have been to many fast food restaurants, and this guy was the most helpful and polite individual. The next time we enter, I'll ask for his name. Peace out!

Waited in the drive thru lane to order with no one in front of me and wasn’t helped. I waited and said hello 4 times, backed up and pulled forward a couple of times. Continued to say hello and didn’t get any response. After 5 minutes I just drove past and noticed 2 workers at the drive thru talking to each other. I really hate the service at this place

The kiosk did not work. You want the public to use these things that you set out for them, but yet you don't check to see if they're working. Instead, we spend 30 to 40 minutes trying to get the kiosk to work, and there's no one to help. So I'm a little disappointed to sayThe least will not be coming back ever again.

This is probably the most rudest customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve been to this location a few times and everybody is always rude. They don’t even greet you. They don’t even care that you’re standing there but then they wanna charge you a lot of money for food and you’re not even getting good customer service this is a horrible restaurant will never spend a dollar here will never go there again. Bad service bad team
