So the 1 1/2 stars is a compliment. They deserve a zero. I tried to handle this in private, but after I called once - understandably upset - they decided not to answer my calls. I ate a Mexican pizza from here earlier today... it's the only thing I've eaten all day. It didn't taste right, but I thought it was just that the oil was a little rancid, and I was hungry and in a hurry, so I ate it. I've been nauseated and sick all day, and now I have explosive diarrhea. Ruined my new pants, contaminated my bathroom - toilet, floor, walls... a real joy. And I can still taste that nasty assed food.

Worst employees. They don't listen to what you are ordering. They will repeat your order back to you in the drive thru. When you get your order, it's not what you said and not what was repeated back to you. Tried call yhe store about this issue, all the little millennial manager had to say was, "I apologize for your experience." It's funny how these millennialsl believe they should be making $20 an hour to act like this. Should've just gone right next door to McDonald's. For some reason this is the only Taco Bell in my area that always screws up your order. Every time I come here (even though I try to avoid this one) it's always the same issue. But when it's Friday and you've had a long day at work. You just wanna grab something quick and go home. I would not recommend going here unless you like giving your money away and never getting what you ask for and extremely poor customer service. The entire staff including the management here are all very remedial and should take a class in customer service and professionalism.

When we pulled up the sweetest lady came out and took our order. Did not get her name but she was very nice and her customer service was on point. We placed our order and they had to park us for fresh fries not a problem. The lady that took our order brought us food in less than 5 minutes and she made sure we had enough napkins and sauce. Best Taco Bell I have been to in awhile.

We did NOT dine at this location, in fact, we tried to dine at TWO Taco Bells, but the new policy made it impossible. There are no counter employees, everything is self serve at a kiosk, no cash accepted, and when I asked how often the kiosks are disinfected, I was informed that they are NEVER disinfected. I will NOT dine at a location where my health is at risk due to poor/nonexistent cleaning policies. I was REALLY bummed by this, because I REALLY wanted toTaco Bell today.

Terrible service tonight. Waited at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. I ordered one taco with refried beans and specified NO MEAT, when I got home I bit into a ground beef and refried bean mixture. Gross! Seriously, my order wasn't that complicated.
