Terrible service, I called, and they said that the kitchen was already closed, and according to the fact that they close late, if they close early why are they cheating with the hours? What sense does it have!!!

Order pizza for my students, came an hour late and pizza not only was cold but it wasn't the correct order. Ordered 6 pizzas and got 5. Manager was extremely rude and questions why I didn't call immediately when I was told to call after a certain time to speak to manager. Wouldn't even refund for the pizza they didn't deliver. Never ordering from Dominos again.

I ordered a carside delivery. When I arrived it appeared on the tracker that my order was ready so I checked in, they stopped the countdown at 1:42 and my order never arrived. I had to go in 5 minutes later to ask for my order and they gave it to me inside the store but they never respected the promotion of free pizza if I don't receive my order in 2 minutes... they are cheaters, they had already done it once. ..

This places food is good I always order from here, but I find myself having trouble. Every time I have to place a pick up order because none of their servers ever understand what I'm saying maybe it's a language barrier maybe it's the phone but they need to get someone who can properly take over the phone orders without trouble. It took me 10 minutes to properly place an order for two pizzas with pretty simple toppings. She asked me about five times to repeat my toppings, and then proceeded to give me attitude and hang up on me while I was thanking her. If you want to eat from here, I recommend just going into the store or just find somewhere else to eat from because they're in store service is not really great either. All the workers there have an attitude and seem like the customers are inconveniencing them when its their job to serve customers.

I picked up my pizza from here and they had 3 females working. Out of 3 only 1 had a mask and her hair in a bun. The other two workers were handling the food with no gloves had long hair that wasn't in a bun nor in a hair net. It's disgusting especially when the hair is long and whipping around where food is involved.

Okay, it's my first time ordering in this location for PICK Up or Carry Out... I was so surprise that right after finished ordering online and finally drove to pick up the pizza; it's ALREADY ready fresh out of the oven and box out... AMAZING! that I have to write this review. So efficient ; -)

Its was si unfortunate i had a delivery order And they forgot some items called the store spoke to the lady manager had poor customer service Asked for a refund and she said they give no refunds so they are charging for something im not recieving all they said is that they can have it delivered out again by the time they come back the rest if the food is cold and im on my lunch i know we all make mistakes but there could atleast be an apology & better. Customer service and refund me what i ordered & didnt reciece at the expected time really upsetting

No gloves when making the pizza, ew. Touching toppings with bare hands especially when they're touching plenty of non food items and computer screens in between - YUCK!

This place deserves negative STARS however, in order to write a review I had to click on 1 star. I placed an order for 5 pizzas today for mother's day, received 3 of which were incorrect. I repeated myself 3 times when placing my order and they still got it wrong. I called the location to see if they can deliver new/correct pizzas and the lady that answered my call, Suki, not sure if that's her true name was very rude and speaking over me and not willing to listen or help. She ended up saying "all I can do is make new pizzas and charge you for them." I said I am not willing to order more pizzas and pay for your mistake. Of course she repeats herself and says I cant help you in any other way. I am not willing to order from this place again and will inform my friends and family to do the same. Thanks to Suki for my memorable mother's day...
