Lady at the drive trough was screaming at us while ordering and this was at 1/9/2023 at 11:25 pm looks like she's supervisor anyway my family was hungry we ordered anyway or we would of left She needs more customer service practice That's not ok

Poor customer service, there is a woman named Kim, dyed hair with tattoos, did not even call for order, dumped order on the counter like it was nothing, bad attitude, and you have to make sure you don't look track of your order. Atmosphere of the place is unsafe and unhygienic. The food is great, but in any case McDonalds wins for its excellent customer service, compared to this location. Do better.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. I came by at 12:53am there was a girl named Kim at the window. She didn’t know the color of my skin at the monitor but when I got to the window she saw I was black and barely opened the window to get my money(she didn’t have a mask on at first). She came back with my change with her mask on and handed it to me with just two fingers. I’m pretty sure this was to make sure she didn’t touch me because God knows my skin color will rub off on her…smh!!! I didn’t eat the food I ordered because I was scared Kim did something to it. This is disheartening that racist people are still around and how ignorant these people are, but even sadder that they work in hospitality. The people who have franchised this place may want to rethink who’s working for them. Thanks!

The food is ok. The service changes depending on the person working there. Sometimes, they take forever to serve. Last time I was there at least 3 cars left because the orders were taking too long.

it is 11:16 PM on October 12. The lady working on the drive-through worst customer service ever I go to this Jack-in-the-Box all the time. Unfortunately I'm never going back to this location you guys need to talk to her or get her some customer service classes because very rude.

I went through the drive-through. I was asked at the window if I would like to donate to some cause. I said No! The lady at the drive-through said "are you sure it's only one dollar come on." I said no thank you. I drive away and realized I didn't get a receipt. Something said, check your account she chose to add the dollar donation anyway. I called to report it and the manger was just like come back. I'll give you a dollar. Very nonchalant no apology, nothing. Of course I'm not going back but it's the principle. & I'm pretty sure they did that intentionally because it was just a dollar. Regardless, theft is theft and no means no. I choose not to donate to anything I I can't verify. Nasty work

The manager is horrible. He has a really bad attitude with customers. He has no knowledge of his menu and he talks to people so rudely. He's a morning manager he's there right now horrible.

People in this restaurant treat costumer realy bad they make me wait for more than ten minutes to take my order i just guess when they get paid they complain too. If they don’t want to work why they just don’t leave the job
