I just went in and had the best experience with Daryl! He is a genuinely kind human being. He is the rare kind of person that has a positive a ripple effect throughout a community. He was so incredibly patient while taking my order. He was the only person working at the time but had the best attitude. He got our food out fast and even reminded me that I forgot to grab my chips. Definitely coming back thanks to Daryl. This man deserves a raise!

I know this is a chain restaurant but this location always has the friendliest employees and the sandwiches are always made better than any other JJ location I've been to. Definitely recommend as it's always been a hit for me!

I've been getting sandwiches here since they opened up, literally was there from day one.Over the past few months and today, my sandwiches have not been put together properly. Every time I have had an issue, Curtis was the one behind the counter. Curtis has a good attitude but it doesn't matter if the sandwich is not prepared as you wanted. I even asked both Curtis and his partner if it had Jimmy Peppers on it and cut in half, they said we follow the directions on the order, they do not. I asked for extra Jimmy peppers, and they put four pieces of Jimmy peppers, when I called he said it should have been ten pieces. I asked for it to be cut in half, but it was not. I asked for light oil and vinegar and it is pretty wet. The first 2 times this happened I let it go as it was never like this prior. But I've had it, I spend money and should get what I ordered. I'll be going to Jersey Mike's for the foreseeable future. My wife likes that one better anyway, I usually have to convince her that Jimmy John's is better, but it's not when your order is consistently prepared wrong.The location seems very light and bright and clean. But again if the food is not what you want what does the atmosphere matter.I cannot recommend this location if you care how they prepare your sandwich.

Super fast service, I paid walked to soda fountain my order was ready. Sandwiches taste great and fresh made. Friendly service, free refills, and Price are reasonable, Dine tables available, Only street parking. Next time I will try their wraps.

My family & I love Jimmy John's. We live about 20 mins from the NOHO location but it's always worth the drive. We also use them for our catering needs, we love how easy it is to order online. They are ready on time and the staff is always friendly at pick up. We always ask for extra peppers cause they are so good paired with our sandwiches.

This Jimmy John's is great! My boyfriend and I were really hungry and I was craving something comforting, which to me is a Bootlegger club and bbq chips and we happened to be close to like the only Jimmy John's in the LA area. We were served by Daryl who in my opinion is one of the few people who likes his job. He was attentive, nice, diligent and funny! Overall just an amazing experience and a good guy all around. As someone who has worked in food service in the past even though it was slow he was on top of his stuff. It's the little things in life and Daryl has them handled. We'll be back!
