You would be foolish to buy the Native Cure Gravadlax salmon that is sold at Pavilions. This is such a horrible product that one wonders if the "smokehouse" is actually an "outhouse". It smells like sewage and is slathered with "dill" that does not appear to be dill. When looking at their website, you will see that there are many gaps in facts and lots of repeated circular information that tells you nothing. Our "lox" went in the trash. Beware!

Yummy. Great salads, grilled shrimp or fish plates and soup. Its a good consistent meal down town. Good for picking up fresh fish to grill at home as well.
