Mall stores have better service. I would recommend one of the locally owned places nearby over this. I believe their training on ignoring customers was well received because they are experts at doing so. Just walked out because the guy ignored me standing there ready to order so he could prep a to-go order that came in after I was waiting.

My husband and I were craving Panda Express, in particular the cream cheese rangoons. I ordered our food ahead of time on the app. Since we were both craving them, I opted to get a large order of (a dozen) rangoons in addition to our plates.Plates were fine, aside from the carrots in the fried rice being unusually large and thus undercooked, but the huge let down here were these rangoons.Absolutely burnt to a crisp. Inside and out. You would never even know there was cream cheese in there. Horrible. And after being such a parking nightmare? Never again, NoHo Panda. Never again.

No restroom til you pay" I had just got off of a long train ride, and walked across the street to this business. I suddenly had to pee really bad, I asked to use the restroom first, but they insisted I buy my dinner first, so I did. I only asked that they not get it ready until I come out of the restroom please, after all Panda Express is best while hot, but they completely ignored me. Other than that, this place is good
