Very bad service. The person who served me was in a bad mood and made a mistake with my order. When I checked and said there was a mistake, instead of accepting it, he started arguing and in a bad mood, he tried to correct it, but the atmosphere became uncomfortable. You forget that the customer is an important part of any business.

This was truly one of those rare customer service experiences you don’t often encounter. My spouse and I ordered delivery from NOHO Pizza Man, but unfortunately, the order didn’t meet our expectations, and we were left quite disappointed. After initially speaking with an employee and not making much progress, we received a call about 30 minutes later from the manager, Arno. From the moment the conversation began, Arno was an absolute gentleman. He offered a sincere apology, listened attentively to our concerns, and handled everything with such professionalism and grace. We were genuinely impressed by his respectful and courteous demeanor. Without hesitation, Arno refunded the full amount of our order, stating it was simply the right thing to do. That gesture, along with his exceptional customer service, earned our respect and appreciation. Thanks to Arno, we will definitely be giving NOHO Pizza Man another chance. It’s rare to find that level of integrity and care in a business, and it made all the difference.

Tried to stop in for a quick bite to eat a lady walked in behind me, shouting from behind me she has a online order and she wants to order something else so because she was hollering, they took her order and not mine. I walked out and left very upset and felt very bothered. Customer service is key to your restaurant. These people clearly have none.

awesome place if you want to feel really annoyed every time you deal with any of the employees! honestly any time i walk in there there’s a grouchy man which— whatever, fair enough, i can be grouchy too. but the last straw was tonight — i accidentally typed in two different apartment numbers in my delivery order (this part of it was my mistake in the notes - but i did type my correct address at the official address entry line!) but instead of calling to ask which was correct they delivered to whichever one they felt like without checking. and then when i called to ask about my pizza (i was walking around my floor looking for it) — i ended up asking if they usually don’t call when they have a question about the delivery address? the woman on the line said “no i guess not” hahaha. not even a fake “sorry for the inconvenience”, which is a bit insane for a repeat customer of several years who always tips lol. after tonight, i’m done with the convenient pizza down the street, because it’s not convenient at all dealing with them — at least now i’ll be trying out different pizzas in the area :)
