Went there for some large fries and 2 cups of thousand island only. Everything was great, thick fries and plentiful, and 2 bigger cups than usual thousand island. Reason why only 4 stars is because the price on the menu didn't reflect what I got charged. Came out to over $8 when the menu reads $3.99 for fries. I could be wrong, and I am too much of a pussay to complain. But GREAT Fries!!

I have been going to this wonderful restaurant for years... This place never changes... The employees are so outgoing and friendly... The place is so clean you can literally eat off the floor.... The food is excellent and cooked fresh and always comes to your table fast so if your in a hurry and hungry i recommend trying douglas burgers out... I wouldnt steer you wrong... Its easily accessible, theres always parking, located near freeways and retail shops... You cant ever go wrong eating at douglas burger... One more thing i forgot to mention the menu variety is wide... From breakfast thru dinner from mexican to american... Your hunger will be satisfied...

Personally, I liked Douglas burgers and the portions they give on their fries, but my associate that the burgers were over cooked

Employees seemed distracted mingling with each other they got my order wrong after the guy took long to take my order i wanted my breakfast burrito with beans instead of hash brown I ordered zucchini's which normally comes with ranch so ahead of time I told him I wanted to order (buy) an extra ranch on the side he only brought me the one I bought so I was short the ranch that my food already came with lol this is not the only time they get my order wrong just make sure you have them repeat your order and make sure to remind them again after paying if you have a special order
