Food was not how it used to be. Service well it’s not welcoming. They have limited seating and most of their boxes are taking up seating space. Prior, you came in sat down and they would take your order. Now you order up front, pay, and sit down. It’s fast service, what bothered me was that if you use a credit card, the owner will say not enough funds and that your card was declined. I was baffled since I’m no where near my credit limit. I paid with debit. When I sat down and other customers came in, she told them the exact same thing, not enough funds. You don’t do that as a business to your customers. Simply surcharge credit card fees to the customer or put up a sign for cash only. I won’t be back there again, it’s not the same restaurant it once was. The food wasn’t bad, just service and atmosphere.

Lady that took my order over the phone made sure to explain the menu items I wanted to order before finalizing my pickup order. Upon picking up my order she made sure to go over my entire order and had it packed perfectly. When I got home and unpacked my order, all items were labeled and even included a note letting me know one of the items was extra hot. Little details like this is what keeps my family and I coming back to Ho Ho China. Thank you to the staff and cooks, keep up the great work!

Small place but food is pretty good. Not really ideal for dining in since all the food is in disposable containers. I would consider this more like fast-food. Definitely would buy from then again but I would order over the phone and pick up next time.

Not friendly at all. They will sell you a whole plate of chowmein no medium or large same for shrimp no smaller. Absolutely not for single meals. They rush you or ignore you if you don’t buy large. Very rude and disappointing.
