Very nice facility this was my first time there for a water in Aerobic class. My only complaint is the water was too cold not warm at all. I plan to attend next week's class I hope the water it's warmer.

February 2024 review. ( Throughout the year ) Women in leggings film themselves in the group workout room with the mirrors. I DONT LIKE BEING IN THE BACKGROUND WHEN WOMEN POST THEMSELVES ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

Place is okay but the manager is RUDE. He treats his customers terrible even those who pay to have trainings there. I do not recommend this gym. He has been rude multiple times to my mom who workouts with her trainer there. The trainer is great! His professional is way better than the manager. I do not recommend coming to this gym. Find another one.

Movie showers, but from prisons. Horror some curtains and absolute incommodity. And her. fitness are the same company. The showers are just as horrible. As soon as my membership ends I just want to forget this traumatic experience.!!!

This gym is clean staff friendly BUT lots of people young & older addicted to their phones lots playing games while sitting on a machine. NOT working out. Everyone's time is precious. Mgnt & staff should walk around more to remind folks there is an area to just SIT while on your phone or post signs to that. This is all gyms not just this one but that's why I rated low

Some sale reps are awesome (the younger ones ) but some of the older ones there are bogus. Definitely need to learn how to communicate with customers. The operating hours for this gym atrocious.. opening hours during the weekends are at 8am. Please do yourself a favor and never sign up here. There are a lot of better options around. I was putting up with this gym for a minute cause the SFS location was decent but since they closed it's been nothing but down hill.

Place was ok. All dumbbells are scattered. You can't even find the set. It's very busy so choose a time that your not wanting to wait so much on the equipment. Staff can do a better job at arranging dumbbell rack better

I haven't been to this gym for too long but so far it's been a chill experience. The staff are nice and friendly. When I went today, all facilities were open and clean. Adding some updated photos. I usually go after hours and I don't have a hard time using the machines I need. There's a small indoor pool which is a plus for me. I don't like outdoor pool and from what I saw through the windows, it looks pretty clean! Parking is awesome! Overall, I haven't had any issues with my experience at this Esports location so far.

I have been a member of La Fitness for close to a decade. Had no real issues. However, La Fitness is now Esporta and the service is questionable!!! So is the condition of their facility lately. Their basketball gym has been down for over 6 months. The main issue I am experiencing is I got swindled. Yep, lied to and charged for services and for services that were never rendered. I signed up for personal training for what I believed and agreed to for three months at 130.00 with unlimited access to the group classes happening throughout the week. I was charged 130.00 to sign up, and I pay my monthly gym membership of 25.00 separately. This said, I have been charged 230.00 a month for the past three months for a grand total of 895.00. Unbelievable!! When I approached Joey, the operations manager, and sat down- obviously upset and concerned- he was dumb founded and nonchalant then proceeded to lie and deny and rationalized as to the absurd amount of money I have been charged at which he signed me up for by Selling me one thing and Signing me up and Charging me for another. By this, it came down to signing the electronic pad that "I agree to pay 130.00" which will be debited on this date each month.. Based on what Esporta has been debuting out of my account each month, this is obviously untrue and not what I agreed to when I signed the electronic pin pad. Esporta has been charging me 230.00 for the past three months. Additionally, I had an unexpected medical issue arise, during this time, and I have been unable to render any personal training services at all. Which also explains the lapse in time with the unforeseen charges on my end. Whoa, to my surprise, once I discovered! What a mess!! I spoke with Joey and to no avail. This time, obviously, his tone and demeanor were completely different. Disappearing act of the friendly salesman. He was unwilling to help in anyway. He actually said for 130.00 I can buy out the last month. Yeah, no thank you. So I called Esporta and explained how I was misled, lied to and charged for services I never agreed to. I also submitted my medical release but I have not heard back.Based on my awful experience at Esporta in La Habra, I do not recommend doing business. Especially with Joey.

Water in the pool is too cold and there is too much chlorine. They need to train their technicians properly.
